Established in 1980.

Started in 1980 as a one truck operation, we have slowly grown to one of Denver’s most reliable Plumbing,/Heating and Air companies. With over 60% of our calls from existing customers, and another 15% friends and family referrals, it’s pretty obvious that we still operate like a little company. We currently have over 15,000 active customers, some of which have been using us since the 80’s!

You will always get a service technician at your home when it’s convenient for you, and we always call before we come out. All of our pricing is done in your home, for your situation and specific need.

Business Owner

Dewey started out in the industry over 30 years ago. Growing up on a farm, he has always had the knack for fixing things. He saw the opportunity to mix his technical ability, with his desire to help people, and the result is Dunlap Plumbing Heating & Air. He now has 2 of his son’s Ryan & Jeff, working in the company, and everyone is geared the same way-​Make the customer happy.

With his name on the side of every truck, Dewey makes sure all technicians not only take pride in their work, but provide solutions that will last. He makes sure no employees do inferior work, and treat every home as if it were their own.

So don’t be surprised if Dewey ends up calling to come check out his guys handy work!
