Corn’s Appliance

Had a great experience with this company. Got an awesome price on a barely used washer/​dryer. They also delivered and installed it the same day I purchased it! Which is usually just about impossible up in Evergreen. And he took the time to show me exactly how the machines worked and the different settings suggestions. Will definitely be using them for any future appliance purchases or repairs.

I have been a Broker for Re/​max for over 16 years and I have had to call upon lots of appliance repair services. I have done several fix and flip properties and have purchased plenty of used and new appliances. I called Corn’s Appliance’s and Brad answered the phone was at my house in a matter of a couple of hours !! I seriously thought I was going to need a new washer, Brad came to the conclusion before he took apart the washer that something was stuck in the pump impeller and sure enough he was right! Pulled it out and let’s say I was embarrassed to see what was being pulled out. We had a good laugh and I seriously think we will be friends for life! What a great and honest person. He really could of told me anything and I would of probably went for it! I needed my washing machine! Overall great experience and I will never use anyone else except Corn’s Appliances! By the way it was a thong stuck in the pump! I’m on my way to get a new mesh bag for smaller items! Don’t do it ladies and if you do just hope and pray that you get Brad when calling Corn’s Appliance’s!!! Thank you Brad!!!

Brad did an excellent job! The day I called him he assured me that he could fix my washer just by the way I described the problem. Someone who knows what they are talking about before he even sees the machine. Talk about product knowledge!!! He went as far as to go out of his way after dinner hours to come out to my house to check things out! He of course was able to fix it no problem no hassle.
Clean, professional and full of knowledge.
I would recommend him to anyone that needs their washer/​dryer repaired.

Brad was presented with a challenging problem with our GE dishwasher, but Brad remained professional and courteous throughout the process. It took multiple trips, but Brad stayed true and made sure things were done right and that we were satisfied. I would trust Brad on any job in the future.

So they came right on time and had the part replaced in about 10 minutes, washer works great now and they also checked the dryer out to make sure all was good. Brad was very helpful and I am grateful for the warranty offered, will definately recommend Corn’s to others!

After a bit of trouble with the washer and dryer I purchased off Craigslist from Brad, he was more than willing to take back the craigslist purchase and fix my washer and dryer to get it back in working order. He is currently on the lookout for a set that will handle the heavy wash loads we do at our Spa. He is a super nice guy with integrity. I think he can be trusted fully to do repairs and not gouge you.

This is not at all what I was expecting when responding to an ad on Craigslist.
To say that I was treated fairly would be an absolute understatement. Brad went out of his way to over-​fulfill my expectations! Talk about a trustworthy, honest, and all out efficient company. If every business chose to operate in this manner, we would live in a much better world.
I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the service that Brad (and Christian) provided. Brad not only delivered the washing machine and dryer within hours of me finding the ad, but he also showed up with a smile on his face and single-​handedly lifted both appliances out of his truck and into the garage.
Several days later, there was no reluctance to send Christian my way when I heard the washing machine making a funny noise. I found out, the noise was easily fixable, and possibly a result of having moved it improperly (on my end).
Little did I know, their commitment to customer satisfaction wouldn’t end there. They had no reason to go so above and beyond, but they did. I’m still wondering how I happened to come across the lone noble appliance guys on Craigslist. I’m never usually that fortunate.
I could go on and on about how, even with his hectic schedule, Brad still found time to accommodate a pesky customer (me of course). I was truly blown away by the effort that these gentlemen put into running such an ethical company. Brad never once deviated from his integrity, and Christian was nothing but accommodating. I cannot say enough, but even more, cannot THANK YOU both enough Brad and Christian!
Moral of the story: NOT too good to be true!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Corn’s Appliance. I found Brad’s ad on Craigslist for a used washer and dryer, and I was skeptical at first (who isn’t when buying appliances sight unseen off of Craigslist), but he was incredibly accommodating of my schedule, offered a warranty, and delivered them to my doorstep saving me a lot of hassle, and hundreds of dollars. The washer and dryer work great, they’re in excellent condition, and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Brad!

Didn’t call Corn’s for repair; answered an ad on craigslist for a used washer and dryer for son’s birthday present. Who doesn’t want a washer and dryer in your crib or do you like late night visits to the laundromat where your last quarters are squandered on a machine that takes, but doesn’t give?
He answered the phone/​emails immediately (on a Sunday); we negotiated time of delivery and by late evening the same day, we got the washer and dryer delivered for FREE.
Have you seen the number cities on the Front Range this appliance/​repair company covers? They are located in Arvada; however, when I spoke with Brad early evening, he was in Aurora for two deliveries and then back to Arvada to pick up our machines, then up to Broomfield to deliver them.
The washer/​dryer have a 3 month warranty from Corn’s; they are good brands at a great price. We didn’t hook them up because of a time crunch but visually, they are in top shape. (I’m very superficial)
I’ll most likely be doing a revisit re: the appliances’ overall operation and whether they poop out at 3 months plus one day…
Hope this isn’t one of those situations where you get what you pay for.

I have used Brad a couple of times, at my business and once at my home. At first he seemed great and honest, but that was a honeymoon period apparently. My washer and dryer at my home were not hooked up properly, so I made an appointment with him. I finally called him since I took off from my biz and he was two hours late. He didn’t have one part to hook up my dryer vent correctly, so he was going to stop by in the next week or so and just hook the vent up. He said it would just get really humid in the house for now. He has never returned even though he has told me he has been driving around with the part. It has been about 2 months.
I called him for a washer issue a few weeks ago and it ended up that supposedly my dead washer for my biz was not fixable. I had just spent a few hundred dollars with him on fixing my dryer instead of buying a new one because he said my dryer was a really good one. Since my washer was not fixable (as he stated and now I hope was the truth), he offered to buy my dryer, he also took my washer, which I’m sure he will make money on for parts and selling the metals, and said he would give me a barely used top of the line matching set for only $ 500…sounds good, right? Ya, not so much.
The washer works decent, but is much more used than stated. The dryer has not worked worth a crap from day one. I called to tell him this and he wouldn’t return my call for a week! He then was condescending and had his assistant sit in my business, right next to my dryer for two hours to verify that I was telling the truth! I was not at my business at this time, but was trying to make it back from my accountants, but supposedly he «fixed» it and there is no way it wouldn’t work now. Well, guess what? It still does not work. I’ve been calling and leaving him messages for over a week now. No acknowledgement and this is a set we normally use 6 – 10 loads per day at my business… they are necessities and he is well aware, but he will only return calls if there is more money to be made.
I have asked to just have my old set returned, I have asked to just swap out the dryers, I have been nice, I have been not so nice and he will not follow through on all the promises he has made with warranties, getting right back out there if it doesn’t work, etc.
I am now having to resort to negative reviews, contacting the BBB, contacting my attorney, and contacting my bank to reverse unauthorized charge amounts on my business card because I was given one amount and charged much more and I don’t have anything that I paid for.
I’m a business owner and he knows how busy I am, but I don’t care how busy he is, there is no excuse for not returning my calls over the last month… no one is that busy. He just doesn’t want to deal with giving back money or fixing the problems. NOT a good business person. Stay far away.

Last Friday I set an appointment for repair to my home dryer. The repairman, Brad Corn, did not show up nor did they return my call.

It’s not often you find a guy as honest and reliable as Brad. At first we thought I would need a new dryer but he looked further and found he could fix it saving me $$$. I will gladly refer Brad to my closest friends and will always call him when I need repairs. Everyone needs a Brad!

I will never use anyone but Brad for any repair I have in the future. I always think I’m going to get ripped off anytime I need something «repaired», but this guy is so honest, it’s almost unbelievable. I was looking at a $ 1,000 repair to a 3k fridge. I decided to go ahead with the repair, hoping to save 2k. After Brad bought the parts, came back out to my house in the middle of nowhere, and started to fix the fridge, he realized there was probably more wrong and firmly recommended I get a new fridge. Now, he makes absolutely no money for this. he could have just done the 1k repair, and probably got me for another K down the road, but he didn’t. This guy is as honest as the day is long. He gave me my money back immediately, and even called the next day to see if I was able to find a fridge. great guy, great company!
