These guys are clowns. Got the big sales pitch at the home show in Denver. Needed our large deck repaired. They scheduled to come on Friday, never showed and never bothered to call. One week later the guy calls and leaves a voice mail at 7:00 am which was not even received by us (did I mention it was 7 am?) and then he shows up out of the blue at 7:20 am. He walks around the deck takes notes and promises an estimate by Tuesday. That was three weeks ago and still haven’t heard from them. If thy are this unprofessional and unreliable in just getting an estimate, imagine how terrible thy are at finishing an actual project. Terrible terrible terrible.
