The drive through sucks! We went through the drive through last night on our way to my son’s game. Three combo meals and a kid’s meal: one of the sandwiches was completely wrong, instead of three unsweetened ice teas, we got two unsweetened, and one sweetened, and they completely forgot one of the orders of fries. I checked the receipt to see if maybe we mis-ordered, but they took the order right. Of course, all of the drinks said ‘coke’ instead of tea. We would have gone in to fix it, but we were running late and already a block away before we noticed. Drive through screw ups were the reason we stopped going here a few years ago. It will be another few years before we try again. The BK at 88th and Wadsworth is much better.

This is one of the few fast food places in the immediate area, so we stopped for lunch one day recently. The place wasn’t too busy even at noon so service was really fast. Employees were friendly and prompt. The food was fine — served hot but kinda greasy. The restaurant itself is a little tired looking — outdated and due for a facelift I used the men’s room real quick and it was reasonably clean but the mirror was missing — looked like somebody broke it. I’d stop here again if in the area, but I think they could attract more business by sprucing up the place.

I tend to be a regular here as it is a bit too close to convenient when I need something quick. The staff is always very friendly. The fries are always hot which is incredibly important. A word of advice: always check your order before leaving the drive through. They tend to forget the BK slogan«Have it your way.»
