Staff is rude. Kicked out innocent kids because their parents were not their to RE sign the waiver in 20 degree weather. Not my kids, but felt very bad. Almost went in and yelled at them myself

Horrible Experience!!! My 9 year old wanted to come here for his birthday this past weekend on Sunday. We have been coming here since it opened, I work at a store in the shopping center so it’s super convenient. Even refered people here for specials that they had going on at one time. First of all, there was not one adult working. I was a young manager at one time too, but for a childrens place where some serious stuff can happen, I find it disturbing. We had our family there and kids ranging from 2 to 13. There was a group of teenage boys who hang out by the radio causing trouble. Yelling stuff at kids, etc… They intentionally threw a ball at the face of one of the adult females in our party, and laughed it off. After she had a talk with them, another guy from that group intentionally knocked my son (9 year old birthday boy) down and caused his mouth to bleed. He went over to the group of teens, laughed and high fived them. After I went to front desk and complained she told me to look for a guy in a purple shirt out on the floor. So to my surprise, the guy in the purple shirt was in fact the one who knocked my son down. Not only was he jumping having the time of his life and not working, he was friends with the little shits causing trouble. So I went back up to the counter, asked for a manager. Here come’s a girl another teenager. Told her what happened, like it matters they are all friends. She looked at me like she seen a ghost. I just wanted to leave at this point, so did my kids. The kid working there is a heavy set boy with blonde hair. The other kids looked about 14 – 16 one has long hair. They need to have a serious talk with them, or ban them. An adult needs to be ON STAFF or they need to hire better children to run this dump. Sorry, I will not be returning, and I will never refer my customers to this place again. If they ask why I will gladly tell them what it’s like there on a busy Sunday evening.

After visiting with my husband, my 3 year old and my 1 year old, I really have nothing but good things to say. I 100% disagree with the other bad reviews. This place is older, but my kids did not have a second of boredom. There were plenty of inflatables, a foam pit, and a cool area just for the little ones. While I was there a short 2 hours, I saw the carpet vacuumed twice, the trash taken out at each station, and there were at least 3 gallon jugs of hand sanitizer. And since I’m on the topic, it’s an indoor play area so duh it’s germ central. Have your kids wash their hands before they eat and after they leave just like anywhere else. Overall, The staff was really nice to us, my husband and I enjoyed the fact that we could jump (score!), and we all had tons of fun.

We were suprised and impressed with the changes since our last visit about 6 months ago. There were new trampolines, new infatables and a fun ropes course to name a few. There is a large pool table room for nonjumpers. They still have all the fun random items that my kids love too. (We thought it was fun to notice weird items like pants hanging from the ceiling.) I came in contact with 3 different staff members. Each was very friendly, helpful and professional. When they weren’t helping us or other customers, they were cleaning up after a birthday party or working on other maintenance type projects. I was impressed. I did notice how big and spacious the birthday party areas were. They are decorated with bright fun pictures. Thinking this would be a great place for our next one. The area for younger kids has a very nice big play set and its own trampoline basketball area. Lots of tables and seating for parents to watch the kids but I recommend joining in. I jumped and scrambled up the Warrior Challenge with my kids and got a great workout and had a blast! One jumping little girl put my feelings into words when she yelled, «I feel so fancy free!» (Too cute!) I also appreciate the hand sanitizer pumps! I think these kid gyms type places are hard to keep clean but I thought they had done a good job.

This place should be investigated and/​or shut down.
My son fractured his foot after he jumped into their (filthy) «foam pit», feet first — a manner perfectly acceptable to the rules of safety — and struck what he describes as «a hard floor», fracturing a bone in his foot, requiring emergency x-​rays and a boot he needs to wear for at least 6 weeks of his summer vacation.
During the incident, we found the manager and staff to be aloof, uncaring and the manager actually smiled at the sight of my son in hysterical tears. I was insulted and my son was disturbed and embarrassed at his unsympathetic smirk. He eventually just walked away from the scene and the staff declined to investigate the foam pit, and rather than assist me, asked me and my son (s) to leave the building.
We eventually left — unassisted — and I limped my son out to our car and directly over to Children’s Hospital/​ER where x-​rays revealed the fracture in his left foot.
Also, the lack of sanitation is obvious the minute you walk in and it’s clear the staff have little regard for childrens’ safety. Also, it should be noted that the music (a fuzzy radio station that booms obnoxious commercials most of the time you’re there) is played at unsafe decibels and could also be harmful to the tender ears of children and adults!
Do not go here.
Take your kids to a park.

This place is AMAZING! Sure, it may be a little dirty, not to mention the foam blocks the kids play in but overall a fun place to be. The only other complaint is the cups 4 drinks are WAY to small! We just bring our own water. Defiantly come here!!!

My six year old loves this place. Oh boy, where to start. There is so much randomness here. It does look like the owner just found lots of stuff and mish mashed it together here. Sometimes. it looks a bit dangerous.
At the foam and rope pit, a lot of the platforms are duct taped together. The foam blocks are falling apart and probably should be replaced sooner rather than later.
The back area has been improved a bit. Not so scary. It now has a inflatable obstacle course.
That being said, It is an ok place to take your kids. They will have lots of fun and it is way better than sitting in front of the TV.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. After showing up with 10 children for a birthday party, we were told that no outside food was allowed because we didn’t book a table in advance. After asking to speak to a manager, a teenager came to speak with me, who then proceeded to raise her voice during our conversation (Janessa). Once it was sorted out that we could book a party by laying extra money down, we were then scolded that our outside juice pouches weren’t allowed. Another teenager came to speak with me, who then produced typical teenage attitude, dropping down in front of me a hand written piece of paper with the owners name on it. «We don’t have business cards with the owners name on it.» No. Clearly there is NOTHING professional about this establishment.
I am not the parent who spoke to a person on the phone before deciding to bring kids here. The parent who did speak to someone on the phone WAS NOT told that a party had to be booked prior to showing up. Rules were NOT discussed during this call.
WHAT SHE WAS TOLD was that since the party was early it was ok for her to show up and set herself up at a free table.
The problem? They wanted extra money to allow us to bring in our cupcakes. Pitchers of their soda and Gatorade could be purchased for an additional cost of $ 3 a pitcher. Seriously?

We paid $ 160 for this party, only to be confronted immediately upon walking through the door, and scolded twice.
Terrible.

We’ve been here a few times. About a year ago I would have given them 4 stars the last two times have been bad though, really bad. The teenagers working have spent more time on their phones than cleaning anything. The place was so dirty the time before last, but the the last time was the end all for us. In the back room with the jumpers, there was poop on the slide. We got there shortly after they opened and I’m just guessing no one cleaned it from the night before or they would have seen this. The rest of the place was so dirty. My kids jumped on the trampolines and that was all I could take. It was really gross. Would be a great place, it was a great place, but the cleanliness is not even close to acceptable any more.

Place is old, dirty, smelly, falling apart, and super random. I feel like it’s very unsafe and unsanitary. Sure the kids had fun jumping on the massive trampolines and playing on the variety of random toys that were found in alleyways but I would never return.
Duct tape is literally holding the place together, who knows when the last time the ball pit was cleaned, and the teenager crew running the place didn’t seem to be very interested in anything or anyone in the place. Good thing you sign a waiver when you get there.

Kids love it and I’ll go for them.
Yes, it’s not super clean or new, the employees are teenagers, and there is not oversight from staff. I think that’s fine. If all parents kept an eye on their kids, you wouldn’t have as many problems. Of course, there will be some heads knocking if all the kids jump on the swinging ropes at the same time.
Tips:
Bring a combo lock so you can use the locker. I wouldn’t trust leaving my purse or even just my iphone in the cubbies. I usually end up using my car as a locker because I can never remember the lock. I wish they had lockers that you could pay for.
My two big complaints– they don’t sell any healthy snacks or drinks. There is a TV in there with cartoons. The kiddos I take don’t watch much TV so they are mesmerized by the TV every time we walk in. I turn it off, staff turns it back on, and so the pattern goes on.
This place keeps the kids entertained for 2 – 3 hours if I bring snacks and water.

My kids love the place. Some of the stuff looks a little worn, but the place is clean and seems as safe as any of these places can be.
Lots of things for kids to do: trampoline, foam pit, giant blow up jumpy thing, maze, things to climb on, etc.
They have comfortable seats and free wifi for parents, which important to me since my daughter is not old enough to stay by herself, but too old to be constantly with mom. Snacks are reasonably priced, and «happy hour» time from 3 – 5 is a good deal. They even have some excercise bikes and machines for parents.
One of our favorite family/​play date places.

The facilities are a mosh posh of trampolines, playground equipment, and bouncy equipment. Random punching bags, exercise equipment, and old carnival kiosks (most that don’t work) are duct taped and strewn about with no rhyme or reason. As if they scoured free craigslist adds and dumped them anywhere.
It is fun for the kids. But the sixteen-​year-​olds that run the place know nothing about safety or customer service. They are stationed to watch but I ended up having to facilitate turns and safety for my kids and everyone else’s.
We had my nephew’s birthday there, and were rudely told we needed to take our cupcakes out of the building because parties not registered with their «party package», are not allowed outside food and drink. Which is not posted anywhere but apparently in the fine print of their brochures and website. Wouldn’t be a problem if they offered something besides Snickers and potato chips to eat. Also wouldn’t have been an issue had the sixteen-​year-​old manager broached the subject with respect and a little candor.
The kid’s birthday market is pretty huge and there are plenty of other places like this. I wouldn’t bring business here anymore until they learn to treasure their customers and stop nickel and diming people. By the way, they charged our two infants under 1-​year-​old $ 6 each, even though there are no facilities made for their age. The answer we got was, «They’re not just sleeping in a stroller so we charge 2 and under.»
If your direct market is children, parents become part of that direct market. Make them comfortable. Make them believe their children are safe and the staff will keep bigger and more aggressive kids in line. If anything, have at least one adult staff member so we are not talking to children all day; we do enough of that.

It used to be that you pay for 2 kids and both parents could jump free. Now only 1 adult jumps free and the other has to sit out or pay $ 12 to just hang with their kids on the equipment. HORRIBLE CHANGE! Probably won’t be back because of this change.

(⁰²⁄₂₀₁₄) — Sign a waiver. Par for the course (90% of the equip in this place is high-​risk so that’s just part of the deal. There should be no issue w this contract unless something really bizarre happens). My daughter was 2.5. I carry a bag for her stuff. We put our bags and shoes in an open cubby by the front doors.
It’s a full range of people from the west side of the metro. Classic rock. Hmm. Clothing with skulls and crosses on them.
Wear clothing with zippered pockets so in the event that you dive into a foam block area — or jump on these strong trampolines, you won’t lose your phone/​keys/​wallet somewhere.
As another reviewer mentioned, this business is thread-​bare. Worn hard! Duct tape holding things in place. So at this point in its life, the facility either needs a remodel — or it will become a dump. Not necessarily a dump now, but getting close.
I’d prefer that they didn’t play Ozzy Osborne, Lynrd Skynrd, and Ted Nugent on the house system because there are kids as young as 3, but I don’t run the joint. It might not be meant for a guy like me and my kiddo. I give it a ⁷⁄₁₀.

I had a fabulous time here! It has wider variety of activities than the other major «trampoline park» establishments in town. There was a foam pit with ropes and the trampoline leading into it, a dodgeball court, huge blow-​up obstacle course, and an area for the smaller children to play.
The facilities were clean and it was very reasonably priced ($ 10/​hour with the Unilocal check in deal)
I’ll definetely be back soon!

We’ve visited several times and my three year old and six year old always have a blast. I enjoy jumping with them as well. It’s a place they always beg to visit. Love it.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!
Having trouble getting your kids to sleep? First they need water, then pottty and don’t even get me started on the nightmares. How to cure? Family counseling? Sleeping meds? No – just take them to Big Time and they will:
a. Go to bed early AND
b. Sleep all night
Just be careful that you use the unexpected quiet wisely and don’t end up with another kid you need to wear about at Big Time

I call this place Big Time Junk. My 5yr old loves it there but like other reviewers I agree the place has danger spots, it’s junky, and kinda slimy. Germ gel is a must!
What bothers me is the insane amount of «duct tape» holding things together — especially padding around around sharp corners. One of the walls of the foam pit is literally a 2″ thick wall of padding — yeah, that’s supportive! It looks like it would support you from inside the pit — but whoops, no, it just falls over if crash onto if from inside the foam pit and then manage to fall 4′ onto the concrete floor.
I once saw an 18 month old left alone in the 7 & Younger area fall off the «barn-​shed» because:
a. he was crawling on the roof of a 5″ tall structure — unsupervised
b. he was left in this area under the care of an older sister, who was over 7yrs old, and wasn’t watching him
c. the «shelf» he thought was a shelf to climb on was a duct-​taped piece of foam along the edge of the roof — that guess what, wouldn’t hold the weight of a 30lb toddler.
And what’s with the tractor outside?!? Some of the stuff in there looks like it came from garage sales and craigslist. Hence, the nickname «Big Time Junk». The «airplane» in the 7 & Below area is literally duct taped together. The staff is non-​existent. And like another reviewer said — the place is not a place for parents to «relax» — well, that is if you are an observant parent. There are plenty of «parents» that are in there relaxing as their small children wander aimlessly about or letting their older kids pay no attention to smaller kids.
We still go even though the place is dirty and somewhat dangerous and junky, but we go on not-​crowded nights and constantly supervise our little guy.

This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Or maybe not, because they make everybody sign an OMGDEATHWTFBBQ!!!1! waiver the minute they walk in the door. CYA at its finest.
Bummer though, ’cause the kid really seemed to like it (hence the 2 star review… my gut says it’s worth more like 1). Truth be told, with a few minor changes, this place could rock. But they’ve got some kinks to work out. Here we go:
1) The teenage staff SUCKS. I’m not sure what their purpose is other than to wear neon tee-​shirts and wander around chatting with one another, but it sure isn’t to insure safety and compliance of Big Time’s paying customers. For example, kids under 7 aren’t supposed to be allowed in the large foam pit without a «bouncing adult» (not just one on the sidelines) in there with them. Know why? ‘Cause a renegade ‘roided-​up college-​age kid can very easily (and unintentionally, of course) launch himself blindly head-​over-​heels into that pit and break the little one in half. I saw several near misses of several unattended kids, and not once did a staff member say a damn thing. Yes, this is the parents’ fault for not watching their kids– but it’s also the staff’s duty to step in and uphold their rules by telling those damn parents to keep tabs on their own spawn.
I also saw them prop open the side doors (it gets FUNK-​KAY in there) for fresh air, oblivious to the wandering 18-​month old who almost made a break for it out onto 52^nd ave. Dude. PARENTS, WATCH YOUR DAMN KIDS. It’s clear that the paid staff here isn’t going to do it for you. This is not a relaxing place to bring your little ones. You won’t get a moment to sit and chill while the kids entertain themselves, because you’re going to to have to constantly make sure they’re not on the verge of death or dismemberment.
2) Sort of related to point #1, there are areas of this place that are completely unsupervised. Like, for example, the semi-​under-​construction indoor skate-​park (aka Death Trap) in the back room. Totally set aside from the rest of the place, totally out of view, tools and pieces of wood scattered everywhere. There are no staffers back there, but there are plenty of ways to kill one’s self or one’s friends. Note To Big Time: a big STOP sign propped on a chair isn’t going to keep an inquisitive kid from exploring that so-​called «off limits» back there. In fact, it’s an open invitation. And WHY are there ropes stretching across a bounce-​house obstacle course? Choking hazard, much? Yeah, I went back there with my 4 year old. Nope, didn’t see a single staffer keeping tabs on the place.
3) The music. I liked it, but it wouldn’t suffer from a few radio edits. I don’t mind my preschooler hearing that somebody’s going to serve somebody’s ass like John McEnroe, but I draw the line at him learning that if that that person’s girl steps up, he’s smackin’ the ho.
Then again, maybe I’m just overprotective.
And the Hungry Hungry Hippos game doesn’t work.
