History

Established in 1980.

Opened in summer of 1980 by Vernon Berreth in Arvada, Colorado in a small 4 bay repair facility with 2 employees and have since grown to a 7000 square foot remanufacturing and repair facility with 7 employees.

Meet the Business Owner

Vern B.

Business Owner

Born and grew up in Aberdeen, South Dakota where he loved working with cars. When he was old enough to work he began working on cars for a local dealership and rebuilding transmissions and differential in his own garage behind his home in Aberdeen. When opportunity presented itself with a ad in the local paper for a transmission technician opening in Colorado, Vern moved him and his family to Thornton, Colorado and began working for Mile-​Hi Transmission. Not long after proving his capabilities and knowledge, he took advantage of another opportunity to become a business partner and has grown this family owned business from 2 to 7 employees.
