History

Established in 2013.

We started our business after realizing how few people knew CPR and First Aid. This is a skill we believe everyone should know. We are passionate about teaching and equipping parents, churches, daycare workers, teachers, gym workers, etc. to confidently save someone’s life. We take a hands on approach and will guarantee that you will feel confident in your skills by the end of the class.

We certify through the American Heart Association.

I have been CPR and First Aid certified for 15 years. I previously worked in corporate training. In 2013, after a drowning incident at a local pool I realized how few people knew CPR and First Aid. So I combined my love of training and my passion for helping others in becoming a CPR and First Aid instructor. I love my job and would love the chance to teach you this life saving skill!

Lauren was amazing! I did CPR and First Aid re-​certification with her. She makes the information relatable to situations at work and home, and is very knowledgeable.
She took her time to answer any questions I had and didn’t hesitate to go over information again if I needed a little extra help.
The location was convenient and the pace of the course was comfortable. Out of all the CPR and First Aid courses I’ve taken, Lauren’s is the best because you retain a lot of information, get great training, and don’t get bored. She’s professional but also very personable and approachable. In other words, she doesn’t make you feel like you’re inconveniencing her when you ask questions.
I’ll be doing all my re-​certifications with Lauren from now on! Thanks Lauren!

Lauren is remarkable! Cpr classes can be so boring however with Lauren the class was extremely exciting there was never a dull moment. She goes in to great detail about the Good Samaritan law and I found that so helpful. I had so many questions and she answered every single one. What I enjoyed most was that the manikins were so up to date! They have this little light on the side that let you know if you are compressing how your suppose to. Everything was clean and she was prepared for everything. She was awesome! Thank you a billion!!!

Lauren of Smart CPR is a caring, knowledgeable trainer who wants to see as many people get certified as possible.
I had my husband and myself sign-​up for her class so we would know what to do in case something happened to our brand new baby. I went in knowing the gist of CPR for adults but walked away confidant that I could save my daughter’s life if she ever, God forbid, needed it.
Bonus is now I am «certified» in CPR and First Aid and can help anyone in trouble!
