Our mission at My Body Stats is to help you understand what your body is made of by providing a service that accurately and safely measures your segmental body composition. From the amount of muscle you have to the distribution of your fat in each part of your body, you can see how that contributes to your overall weight, and more. With the detailed information, you and/or a professional can provide a tailored plan to meet your specific goals, and to be in an overall healthy state.
