Beware don’t do it! I walked out of there feeling robbed– this guy is a great hustler but please although everything is beautiful it’s also cheap. I bought a ring for $ 50 that fell apart that day lol I just loved it but it looked super cheap I should have known better

Worst customer service… Will not go again and suggesting others also not to go. Shop owner talks rudely… There are many other good shops at Artesia…

It’s cheap to get threading done here but BEWARE! You get what you pay for. I had my eyebrows, lip & chin done and I kid you not, it took about 5 minutes. Poorly done and not entirely clean. Rude service. I came home to finish tweezing my brows. I should’ve said something but I just wanted to leave. Never coming back. I would rather pay triple the price for a well done job.

An average store for the price and open for haggling. This is important for anyone going there because prices are high for the quality. If you want to wear their shoes for a long or intense period of time be wary. The adhesives are cheap cheap cheap! There is a variety with a stitched sole that are great — those that are glued fell apart on my actors in two days and we’ve been struggling to catch up ever since. It’s an alright store but anyone that isn’t used to haggling or stiff sales pitches will probably get jipped.

Worst ever! They messed up my eyebrows big time. You don’t have to try and regret it. The lady gave me big $ 2 discount for this! WTF never going back again here!

I was looking for some Kurtis and skirts for my wife during my visit to Artesia a couple of weeks ago. A friend’s wife recommended this store. They had a couple of racks filled with kurtis and skirts on sale. I FaceTimed my wife and she ended up selecting a bunch of clothes. The sale price was only $ 9.99 each. The store owners(2 older women and a guy) were very friendly and made some helful suggestions. They were quite amused by the fact that my wife was picking out clothes over FaceTime :) I will definitely stop by on my next visit to the area to check out their stuff on sale.

I have been coming to this establishment for a number of years and always leave with more than I intend to purchase. The owner is so friendly and it is easy to strike up a conversation about the latest Bollywood movies in tandem with accessorizing for weddings and everyday sparkle. I especially love the earrings selections and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend the light weight Khurti’s for this summer! So many on sale all the time. Also lovely dupatta’s and shawls.

This review is for their clothes not their threading services. Go to Loveleen’s!!! Don’t waste your time here. They are THE most pushy, persistent, RUDE people I’ve ever encountered in Artesia. They have a threading person who just attacks you when you walk in. They don’t give you your space to browse around, and they don’t really take the time to get to know what you’re looking for. Instead, they just try to push what they have on you. Ugh. It’s not a pleasant experience. Just go to Loveleens, it’s cheaper, it’s cuter, and they are nicer!

Okay I give them 2 ½ stars at most. They did a so-so job on threading. The whole time I was deathly afraid that she was going to rip out my beautiful natural eyelashes! I could feel the threads going over them and they are super long and curly. The whole time I was sitting there I was so afraid that I am going to end up being bald on the face!!! I went with a bunch of my Indian friends and they were all sitting and waiting. That place has no air conditioning or anything so it was stuffy. I got my eyebrows done for my b-day party so I wanted to look good and nervous about what might happen! Luckily I had my pal TP there and she is super anal so she was my wing woMAN to make sure it was done right. So after the lady did them and my friend looked at it she pointed out some places that needed to be corrected. The lady was soooo annoyed! She talked to my friend in Punjabi and you can totally tell her rudeness and attitude. Then they held me down and went at it again. They were totally pressing my eyes and eyelashes into my skull. I was so nervous that they messed up my natural curls or pulled them out again. Eventually my friend was satisfied enough and I just wanted to leave. Okay it’s cheap. $ 5 for threading. I was going to give a big tip since it was cheap but the attitude was bad so I only tipped a little. They of course did not wipe down the eyebrows or put any oils. It really wasn’t that great of a threading experience. I think I will go back to waxing again… maybe next year! haha No reason to get dolled up again this year. =9

This is my place to get threaded! I used to go to Ziba, but it cost more and I’d never get the same person twice. I like knowing the person and what kind of work they do before just turning over my face to their idea of style. There is a lady at Miss India who is a total sweetheart. I have come to know her and she always asks how I am and makes little jokes. Her sister however, is a bit mean and when she did my eyebrows, she did it way too thin, fast, and I got a bad vibe from her. You can tell right away which sister is which, and the fact that the sister I’m not fond of always tries to jump in front of the one I like to do my eyebrows makes me give this place 4 stars, not 5. If I catch the name of the lady I like, I’ll post it here.

This is an Indian clothing store, but they also have a threading studio in the back of the store. I mainly come here to get threaded. Eyebrow threading will run you $ 4.99, upper lip threading costs $ 3.99 and full face threading costs $ 24.99. They have a wide assortment of beautiful clothes and accessories in addition. You can shop and be plucked all at the same time. They are located inside the Pioneer Center Plaza and are open daily from 10 – 8. I prefer to come here rather than Ziba down the street because I never have to wait and the prices for threading are very reasonable.
