McDonald’s

Really? I told the lady to not put mayo in my delux burger just substitute it for ketchup and mustard and I wanted grilled onions instead of the raw onions. When I got to my job I opened my burger and LITERALLY just the meat and ketchup and mustard. ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS.
IDIOTS. Seriously now I have nothing to eat at work. And yall wanna get paid $ 15 an hour… WHY? For this shitty service?

Few months ago i walk in to this place to get some sundae. I ask the cashier if she can spilt the strawberry and chocolate. I repeat twice. First ice cream sundae she only put chocolate. When she give it to me i told her,” im sorry i thought i told you i wanted it half and half. «? So long story short. She did replace me a new one. I was just being nice and remind her please strawberry and chocolate… This rude lady reply back to me saying» i know”. I have not went back to this mcdonald place. I only remember a young blonde girl working 10am-​1pm. Please be advice. She was rude. I will be back to see any improvement with your employee.

Okay. Shame on me to go to a McDonalds at all. Shame on me further, for going to this one exactly.
All I wanted were a lot of fries. Why?! Because I wanted to eat them with the McDonalds’s acquisition — Chipotle’s guacamole. How do you like them possessive nouns?
I digress. All joking aside, I wanted to get a whole lot of fries. So what did I do?! I ordered a LARGE fries.
So what am I expecting to receive when I order a LARGE fries?! Probably a order of LARGE fries right?!
Nope, apparently I was expecting MEDIUM quantity fries neatly packed and disguised into a LARGE fry container. Huh, I didn’t even know that I wanted that … Thanks — person to bagged the fries!
Anyways, I had to ask the service associate twice to fill the LARGE container of fries with the LARGE order of fries that I originally intended to have.
After doing so, I did receive said LARGE order of fries. Or did I? Not even sure anymore.
Therefore, in my confused state, I give this restaurant a 5 stars. Oh wait, what?!
5 is to 1 as to LARGE is to MEDIUM IN A LARGE CONTAINER. Am I right?

This McDonald’s sucks, first the workers where sating they deserve to get paid 15/​hr and that they should go strike like other McDonald’s have been, second they gave me cold fries for bith meals that i odered, third they have poor customer service and they where talking in Spanish to each other about me returning the cild fries, assuming they wouldn’t be understood. Never again will i come here, to bad i can’t give them no stars.

So today I was eating my Oreo McFlurry and I had to spit out some small chunks of plastic… imagine a quarter’s size, cracked into tiny pieces. Pretty gross, lol. At first I thought it was glass because it was pretty sharp. Thankfully, it didn’t cut my mouth and tongue. I’ve never had a problem at this McDonalds, but now I’m pretty disgusted. Be careful if you’re ordering a McFlurry, especially if it’s for a child. No more McFlurries for me, at least just from this location.

Whichever McDonald’s you go to it’s always the same. Food that is over processed and tastes like cardboard, fries that are hit and miss, sometimes hot and fresh and other times cold and stale. The soda fountain goes from ok, to over syrupy, to no syrup and too much carbonation. The big mac has shrunk over the years and most of the sandwiches are dry yet I keep coming back to try their newest concoctions which I did with their newest chicken sandwich that just came out and it was so-​so, dry. I do like the double quarter pounder with cheese, the chicken McNuggets, even though I have gotten deathly food poisened twice on them in my lifetime but like the Japanese who will eat a poisenous fish and risk their lives for what they like, I will come back again and again for the chicken McNuggets. The McRib is good, but you only get it when Pork Belly’s drop in price and as soon as they go back up they discontinue the stupid thing. However, I will say this, you almost don’t feel American if you have not worked at McDonald’s and I worked at a Micky D’s just long enough to collect two checks, sweat my ass off in a hot kitchen while watching employess pick their noses and touch food, drop patties on the floor and still put them in sandwiches and I practically lost my mind from hearing the damn fries beeper go off all day!!!

The coffee taste is horrible. They have to check the coffee taste before they sell it.

This is such a nasty location!
Came here only to get $ 1 drink for my husband who was parched, we would have been better off at any gas station.
Service was fine, but the place dirty dirty dirty!
It smelled like cat pee, litterbox, trash, disgusting!
Had to use the bathroom but after opening up the door figured I’d rather hold it forever.
Got a drink tasted like crap, dumped it and left.
GROSS!

So I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s since I was little and every now and then I’ve had issues with breakfast because this one is notorious for ALWAYS forgetting at least one item.
This time when my boyfriend and I ordered Sweet Teas, this worker named Elizabeth who I do not normally see working the drive-​thru was acting very confused and kept asking us questions about my very simple order which were 3 large Sweet Teas with light ice. She made us repeat what we wanted and when it came to us asking for creamers, she gave us the incorrect amount.

I bought kids Happy Meal, chicken nuggets, first bite had super sharp bone and cut my mouth. Beware

Simple and easy this location seems to have it together a bit more than some others. Single lane Drive-​thru and they still handle the flow quite well. The giant yellow pole next to the pay window can likely be seen from space but when you get close to it, it kinda just jumps out at you. Assuming they have had their fare share of rear view mirrors hitting the window…
Food was fresh and timely prices are standard. It’s a better than average MacDo for me

This is by far the worse Mc Donald’s in terms of service. Rudest people and I swear every time I go there to get any form of ice cream their machine is broken which obviously isn’t true. Back in the day this place was a well run machine, now it is just terrible! Get new management who can properly train and engage your staff. It’s not as if this food is good for anyone really but it is a entry way into the work force for many and training them to provide great service will only make them better workers!!!

Not fast food, understaffed and slow. Next time I will go to the McDonald’s on Orangethorpe and Moody.

One of the fastest drive thru I’ve ever been but their problem is they often forgot to put the food that I ordered like apple juice for kids happy meal or ketchup. that i requested. so you need to check em before you drive off with your food.

Open late! I like this McDonald’s because it is easily accessible from the 91 fwy off of Pioneer Blvd. and in the city of Artesia. The service is fast especially in the drive-​thru. Beware of the one way entrance from the neighborhood because it is hard to access the drive-​thru line from that way.

This one is the Slowest… they take forever… back then when I was young I worked for a McDonald’s and I got everyone in and out… the manager was present and customers were complaining in front of him and didn’t seem to care…

My review really is for the benefit of the owner or franchisee.
I stopped by this location this morning so i can buy breakfast for my daughter and Since the drive through was full i decided to go inside.
When i got inside, i see about 6 people in line and i assume they are waiting for their orders. After observing for a couple of minutes, i ask the person at the counter if our order could be taken. Not only does she not answer, the manager who was part of the people talking and doing nothing, did not acknowledge nor ask the employees standing around to take care of it.
Finally i demanded to speak to the manager and asked her why it is taking over 10mins to just taking an order, and the manager does not understand the situation i was complaining about.
My daughter and i walked out of the line and left after 12 mins of nothing happening (No one took orders)
This is Freak… ing McDonalds can you believe this???

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times before, but I’ve never gone inside.
I don’t usually eat at McDonald’s, but when I do come, I like to order their roasted coffee. Sometimes I’ll splurge on their iced coffee or frappuccino. Today, I ordered their decaf coffee.
Their drive-​thru is quick, even when it’s busy.
Today, I decided to order inside because the drive-​thru was a little too long for my taste. There was a line, but it didn’t take long for us to get to the front. We ordered a small coffee, 1 large fries, and a snack-​size McFlurry. It came out to a total of $ 5.95. Isn’t that expensive for McDonald’s? My cousin didn’t think so. I wouldn’t know since I don’t usually eat here.
There’s plenty of parking spaces around the place, so no parking wars here. The place could be a little cleaner, but what are you going to do?

My commitment to McD is that I will try to go there on Friday for the «F**k diet, Its Fish Filet $ 1.49 Friday» but wow, this McD really push hardcore with their charity event thing. Its nice thought but I feel a bit too much.
Its just like every other McD perhaps not as clean as the one that I frequent but still does its job

I don’t have any complaints about this branch but at the same time, there’s nothing exemplary about it. The drive thru is fast, even during rush hour. Plenty of parking and I’m glad that the drive thru doesn’t block parking slots. I hate how some other McDonald’s do that.
As always, I LOVE their fries. My favorite combo of large fries and a chocolate shake is probably one of the most horrible caloric choices there are but it’s so darn good! Pretty much standard quality in all McDonald’s you go.
