Dr. Lee is a good optometrist. I was referred here by my friend a few years back and have been very happy with Dr. Lee as my optometrist. He is courteous and does a good job at what he does. I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone.

I was visiting from out of town when the handle of my glasses broke. I saw the optometrist sign while visiting a restaurant in the area and went in to see if they can help. I explained my issue and met an extremely helpful staff that offered different solutions that did not even occur to me. I ended up getting an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. The doctor was very nice and gave a through examination. I was overwhelmed by how helpful the doctor and staff was and highly recommend this business. The prices were fair as well.

Dr. Johnson Lee is like the busiest optometrist in Artesia or something, because it is near impossible to walk-in, so make sure you schedule an appointment before coming(hence the 4 stars and not 5). I only knew about him because my parents have been going to him for years for their eyeglasses. I can’t give you an opinion on whether he charges a decent price or not, but I mean, they’ve been good enough to keep my parents coming for years. I’ve been having more eye problems than usual and I’ve gone to Dr. Lee three times in the past 1.5 years. Each time, it was the same problem, and each time Dr. Lee was extremely patient with me answering all 5000 questions I had for him(I tend to obsess over health issues, especially when I don’t know what’s happening with me). I didn’t have to get my health insurance to approve Dr. Lee either; just called telling them I thought I had an eye emergency and they accommodated me and scheduled me in right away. So, if you’re shopping around for an optometrist, consider Dr. Lee. Another plus about this place, besides the fact that he’s really good at what he does, it’s located across the street from Nice Bakery(3 bean bun ftw!).
