We walk in, everyone was friendly, I was looking for a 22k gold necklace. And the woman helped me chose the right one, she also recommended earnings to pair with my necklace. We also bough a pair of 22k gold earrings for my 6 yr old. She worked well with us on the price and was very patient with us as well.

Great service as usual from Highglow in Artesia. This is my second major purchase from them. Both were Omega watches.
Raj Pranav is the man! He assisted me from the beginning by phone and email. I only went to the shop to pick up the watch.

«The price that we quoted you was for a solid 24K gold chain, not a gold plated chain. The price of 24K gold is $ 1180 per ounce which is 31.10 grams of gold. As for the price you were quoted for the chain included manufacturing cost as well as sales tax. Based on these facts, we would request you to bring your 50 gram Thai gold chain that you purchased for $ 26 for testing. We can test your chain as well as the one you saw at our showroom on a gold testing machine in your presence. Alternately we can also send both chains to a Government certified assayer for verification.»
We did ask for you to test the gold chain we were interested in, your staff had stated that you don’t have a tester to test the gold in your shop, and now you’re offering this service?
We did not buy the 50 gram Thai gold we saw on Ebay because it is not real and we just researched only to discover that the Thai gold we saw on Ebay selling for $ 26 is the same exact chain you were trying to sell us at your store for $ 1800. And to top it off, the gold chain you were trying to sell us didn’t have any stamp on it, you had to take it to the back to «look for it» but came back after you had stamped «22k or 24k» on it. But you wouldn’t test it for us when we were there.
Its sad to know that such a reputable high end gold store can be such a scam.

I found their online post regarding a Rolex Daytona watch and visited there office in the downtown Jewelry district. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable. I asked to see various models in person, and even the ones they did not have in stock, within half a day, they acquired them from various places just to help me. They were thoughtful, courteous, and most of all — they have excellent prices.
I ended up purchasing a brand new, with warranty, Rolex Daytona from them at a discounted rate. I am happy with my purchase and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

A few weeks ago while searching for a nice Indian ring I walked into Highglow Jewelers. The facility is well secured with locking doors — upon entry the staff greeted me warmly and treated me like a celebrity even though I was not dressed in the latest fashion. I think this is a testament to the quality of staff.
My special woman and I were escorted to the back to look at rings. We made a few requests and several options were brought to be shown to us. As I looked over the selection presented I made a few extra requests and was very happy to notice the attentiveness to my desires. Other jewelry shops have tried to ‘push’ what they want to sell. Highglow Jewelers was catering to my needs and this made me very satisfied. The next item is just amazing: As I looked over the ring selection, my eyes came to rest upon a ring that seemed very unique and visually stunning. I selected it and held it up to view. My lady was almost in tears for she later shared that this first ring I selected was of the diamond shape and band style that she had dreamed of since she was a young girl daydreaming of marriage!
My ultimate thanks are to all of the Highglow staff but especially to Kirin who is an excellent jeweler with great knowledge.
As a very dark South Indian man originally from Andhra Pradesh I am very grateful for the wonderful care and attention I received. I will definitely return here in the future.

buyer beware if ur not a native! and i dont mean california born native!!! before you sign your receipt read the fine print. «you only have 15 days to report any issues» this is a trap and definitely an unrealistic return policy. who would expect a lemon shopping at such a high end store. i bought my hubby a 1700.00 watch that malfunctioned within 2.5 months. customer service was great at first until watch became a lemon and jeweler refused to help me all because i filed a dispute with amex. all i wanted was a nice watch for my hubby. so make sure to read before you sign. if your gonna buy swiss do your home work on return and reapir policy and get it in writing. something i asked for but they didn’t do my stupid mistake. that should of been a red flag but i trusted the sheep in wolves clothing. long story short the watch has been repaired three times since 2012.

Great jewelry and an unrivaled selection of watches. Omega, Breitling, Chopard, MontBlanc, etc. Excellent service and great atmosphere. I will go back in 6 months for another watch.

Performed some online research on Omega’s official site to see where the nearest authorized dealers/​retailers were. Before checking out Highglow, I checked other retailers and quite disappointed. I should of went to Highglow right from the start. The staff and manager were truly genuine, great service and down-​to-​earth. First of all, this is the ONLY place in all of Little India that custom makes jewelry in 14karat gold.
High Glow does all their work in-​house, which means that they could do, and were willing to do, whatever we asked.
Aside from that, Kiran is the man! I say that because he was so accommodating, telling my fiancée and I EVERYTHING up front, and telling us to check everywhere else, other mom-​and-​pop stores, and the big chain stores, so that we would eventually feel comfortable in our purchase.
Also, he’s the head salesman in the diamond section and the master builder of diamond jewelry, so he tells you exactly what he can/can’t do, and what fits best on your budget.
