Dr. Egari is awesome! 5 stars for him. He has been my go to doctor since i live close to his clinic.
I started seeing him again for my right wrist that needs attention ASAP. He wanted a blood test done and all that to find any underlying causes why my wrist pain is getting worse.
I have brought with me everything that will help to figure out what is really going on… my x-​ray report, e. r statements and report, different diagnosis from 2 other doctors, MRI exam report, a 3 page summary from my Orthopedic doctor that stated all of my appointments/​visits with my xray & MRI reports he has requested, confirming that i must get a referral to see a hand specialist to get an answer.
So…
After that’s all been said and done…
Whoever is in charge of insurance, authorizing with insurance, referrals, finding out patients benefits and pretty much just helping their patients out… IS A SACK OF SHIT! This lady that i talked to the first time Dr. Egari said he will be referring me to a specialist himself ended up sending incomplete information regarding my situation so obviously it got denied. 2^nd time, she was the one who suggested that she will make and send copies (Doctors note, xrays, MRI, history, Dr. Egari’s statement) as a proof that i indeed do need to see a specialist. 2 wks passed, 3 wks… a month! Never heard of any updates so I called the office, even walked in person to see what’s up… she told me the same thing! That it got denied due to lack of proof that i really gotta see a specialist. With all the records n history in file, she asked me again for all those reports she already made copies off of. OR maybe she didnt even send them anything the 2^nd time that’s also why i never heard from her in that 1 month span.
I can’t believe just a month ago… i found myself telling the same lady the same thing! And what do u know… she asked me for the same information she must send to authorize. I am so done here! I wasted so much time waiting around for them to help out a patient that needs attention ASAP! To that front desk lady, you should quit your job. YOU HAVE ONE JOB. Whyyyyy!!!
I hope this doesn’t happen to u. I hope you take your job seriously wanting to help your patients cus from the way u dont give a fuck about my status, medical/​healthcare isnt for you!

honestly the 5 stars are for Dr. Roy! He is amazing ! I feel like his office team is extremely unorganized and unprofessional but he himself is great. always going back as long as he is around !

Doctor is great. Office people are incompetent fools.
I had to deal with such stupidity trying to resolve a bill that I was told got sent to collection when it was already paid 6 months prior.
1. Frank in the front office told my husband it wasn’t their problem to resolve (–1 star)
2. They didn’t know who they sent the bill to for collection (–1 star)
3. Billie Jo who is in charge of billing is never in the office and it took weeks to get her to call me back after daily calls to the office. and only called back when I was able to get her personal cell phone number from the receptionist (–2 star).
4. She couldn’t give me the name and phone number of collection agency either because the agency had moved and none of her contact number is valid (–1 star)
5. Two weeks of «trying very hard» she finally got ahold of someone at the collection agency and they told her she never sent my bill for collection. (–1 star)
6. Total is 4 weeks to resolve something that wasn’t even a problem. Causes me a lot of stress thinking my credit is ruined when I was in escrow for a house (–10 stars).
I wish I can give them negative stars!
Now I’m dealing with the lab who did my husband’s test because they didn’t provide my insurance info when they ordered the work.
Yeah I’m never coming back. Never had this problem with my other doctor offices.

Dr Roy wasn’t there the day we went. (I’ll update the name of the doctor covering him when I find the business card I grabbed.) It’s a shame because my suegra said she’s been going to Dr Roy for years and he’s always treated her right.
When I first got looked over by the assistant, she said they probably were not gonna help me with my burn since it looked and smelled infected. I’m not sure if she gave the doctor that information, but we waited almost two hours for the doctor to say the same thing and to direct us to the emergency room. That was absolutely unprofessional, I believe. If she suspected they were gonna send us to the emergency room, why didn’t they have the doctor confirm sooner? It was really painful and I had no meds in me that whole time I was fighting that pain.
