i have a root canal and a broken tooth that keeps cutting my lip. i went to get work done in January but they said they had to run my insurance and see if im approved which could take up to three weeks and hat they would give me a call. its been over a month and i finally called them today since i realize i wont be receiving a call from them to find out they made a mistake and put my brothers name instead of mine, so now i have to wait all over again. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED. the pain and discomfort is ridiculous and I’m not gonna wait for hen to keep messing up. Checking out a new dentist instead.

I am sure this dentist lacking a skill of time management. We came at our appointment time, but we still waiting in the lobby for about 1.5 hours until he called on us. There were 2 people came in after us (about 30min later than us), but they both got called in before us, then we waited till both of them were done and out of the clinic… We have been here for 2.5 hours (just for the routine check-​up and cleaning) and patient haven’t been seen by the dentist. This clinic has the $ 50 penalty charge policy if patient didn’t cancel their appointments in 24hrs advance or broken appointment. Seems they require patients to respect their time but don’t keep their promise in our appointment times?! I think this policy should be mutual. He shouldn’t over booked and make us scarifies our time! There’s another patient just went to counter to make a compliant for her long wait too. Oh well, we will see how long is this going to take… It’s been almost 3 hours now… This is our first time and I am sure would be the last time visiting here… Recommend it to someone who don’t care to spend a day in the dentist office.

I won’t give this doctor a 5 stars. He is an average dentist. His skills are deteriorating. He is not physically fit to do the strenuous works. When I am there, he is always showing like he is pain. His neck is constant pain, he can’t good work anymore.

I’ve been going to Dr. Chiu for 5 – 6 years now. He’s very friendly, easy to talk to, and very gentle. He’s done my cleanings, deep cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, all very thoroughly and with little discomfort or pain. Although I live about 35 minutes away from this office, I make the drive since I trust him with my teeth. The best part is that he also works on Saturdays, which is great since I work M-​F. He only takes PPO from what I remember, so that’s a consideration.

Dr. Chiu has been my dentist for over 15 years now and he’s definitely my favorite doctor. He’s always very friendly and cheerful and is VERY competent at what he does. I had 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out the same day and had no complications at all (and it wasn’t very painful either!). He’s also able to do crowns at the office so you can complete it in one go (although it takes ~3−4 hours bc you have to wait for them to make it).
I would definitely recommend Dr. Chiu if you’re in the area and looking for a dentist. Although there are other doctors at his office, he’s there everyday and gets booked up pretty quickly, so be sure to make an appointment in advance. As far as I know, it’s pretty difficult to just walk-​in or make an appointment the day of.

Where is Dr. Bo? Went there for her but she only works 2 days a week I think.

SOO I really wanted to have a «first» review so my friend suggested I look up my dentist and viola! No reviews. until now! haha. I have been a patient of Dr. Chiu and his office ever since I was a wee lad in braces (yeah, my teeth were busted). Although he wasn’t responsible for my braces (it was another dentist), he’s the one I’ve been for all my dental needs since then. From cleanings, to fillings, to root canals, to veneers, he is the man. Within the past 3 years, I have had 3 root canals and 4 veneers done and have been more than satisfied with the work he did for me. Just a few months ago, I had to get 2 root canals and 3 veneers because I had a little bike mishap and he was able to see me pretty much the next day and was able to fix me up after 3 visits (in a span of a week). Thank goodness I only had to go a week with a busted grill.
