I had a great experience having Sonia color and cut my hair. I went from a very acceptable dark blond color to silver gray. So many other colorists and stylists said do not do this you will look old and it will ruin your hair. It looks great. Oh did I mention she cut off a LOT of hair maybe a good 8 inches. If your looking for a stylist I would recommend Sonia.

Sonia did a great job on my hair! Color was perfect, love her suggestions for next time. The cut was perfect. She understood what I explained and nailed it! I had another salons stylist look at me once like I was from Mars. lol. She is a kind soul and very pleasant and personable. I will definitely be back!!!

Perfect my color is perfect. I have struggled far to long with coloring at home. Never again. I love my color and cut. Sonia is amazing. I told her it takes 2 – 3 times to get the white color I like my hair to be. She told me straight out «it will only take me once .» She knows her color. Dumb she’s good!!! Words can’t describe how happy I am with my hair after leaving here. Sonia worked miracles with my disaster of a dye job I received elsewhere. So here is the story…
Ill be the first to admit I get bored with my hair, so I can’t say I have the healthiest hair. For the last 2 years, I’ve had burgundy red brown hair and I know that red is very hard to get rid of. However, I had not died my hair in 8 months prior to beginning this process, although I was using red shampoo, which kept the color in pretty good.
I went to this super fancy salon in Newport Beach, paid a bunch of money for a trim and a natural looking ombré/​balayage (I brought lots of pictures-​of what I eventually wanted my hair to look like, my natural hair color, what its looked like before when I had this done, etc.). My natural hair color is a light brown. I figured I’d have to have at least 2 treatments to get back to where I wanted to be but I was ok with a little orange, red and everything in between as long as I was closer to my natural hair color. Well long story short the other salon messed up my hair royally. They didn’t touch the bottoms of red part of my hair, but added tons of blonde highlights on top of my head, where my actual hair had grown out. It looked awful, really awful! On top of that, I was leaving for a long trip and couldn’t bare go looking like a clown.
I called Sonia and I automatically had hope for my disaster dye job. She asked me to send her pictures of my hair, and let me know before even scheduling the meeting that it will take a long time to do, and will not be cheap to repair (when it came down to it, it was actually very affordable, cheaper than the original mess up). She fit me in that same afternoon. She seriously changed all of her personal plans before a holiday weekend before ever meeting me because she wanted to help me knowing I was desperate. She was a sweetheart, and spent 4.5 hours on my hair, and stayed at the salon until 9 pm to finish. Wow! I later found out it was the one year anniversary since her and her bf had first met, and she still was willing to help. She took her time, explained everything along the way, and really left me in awe.
My hair came out amazing, healthy and beautiful. I never in a million years thought it could look this good. She really is a miracle worker! I definitely will be going back for as long as I live!

Absolutely love this place and love getting my hair done by Sonia. Have been going to different people all over the country and she is the only one who never disappoints. I always walk out of the salon looking amazing. She listens to what you want and she just gets it. Highly recommended!!!

Sonia is very talented but most of all what is very important to me is she listens to what I want done and then she improves it. I am extremely grateful I found her.

Sonia did a fantastic job with my ombré hair color. She fixed the brass color that I originally had. She’s a very passionate stylist and takes pride of her work! Will definitely be coming back to this salon for my touch up and other hair needs.

Felt like I was getting my haircut by my best friend and I just met Sonia today! She is super nice and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it and even better than I expected! Sonia is definitely worth the visit! Her and her mom make a great duo. I came into Bellezza with absolutely no idea what I wanted and ended up showing her a couple idea pictures that had nothing to do with each other. We sat down for a quick and free consultation, and she ended up inspiring me to do something completely different! My appointment was on Thursday, December 18^th at 11:30am. I waited a little bit for her to finish up her last couple clients, and then sat down in her chair by noon. I told her to cut off a couple inches to her best judgement – I still wanted length, but my dead ends to be gone. All in all, we took approximately 2 – 3 inches off, which was a lot in my opinion, but it made my fine, thin hair look full and healthy. We of course had to do this prior to highlighting and bleaching, because all my hair would’ve fallen off I had cut it afterwards.
So the highlighting process began. We used maybe 20 foils for my whole head? Dyed my hair back to it’s original color and added highlights. I don’t exactly remember the name of the color we toned it to, but it looks like a honey blonde? Not what I pictured, but hey, she gave me «different,» which is what I asked for.
The total for my cut and color came out to $ 160, and everything took about 2 hours. Pretty expensive compared to the $ 70 – 80 that I’m used to with my other guy, but she made the experience worth it. All in all, I’ll probably be coming back here for my next hair journey.

Sonia has been coloring and cutting my hair for years and I couldn’t be happier! She and her mom Isaura, co-​own this shop and they make you feel so comfortable, you want to stay longer just to hang out. Sonia is a colorist beyond par and she knows what will work for your hair type, cut and look. I’m a picky woman regarding my hair, and I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks Sonia!

What a great place with great people. Sonia did wonders for my daughter for her graduation picture day. We got a hair cut to match her extensions, an up-​do and make up w/​extensions. Sonia is a professional, she knows what she’s doing at any given time. A great conversation should be expected. Reasonable prices, a perfect environment and a breath of fresh air.
