This is the best dentist office I have been to in my 60+ years… I have severe «dentist» phobias, and always have to premedicate just to walk in the door of a dentist office. Since January of this year up until today I have seen Dr Hayes multiple times for a tooth extraction, several fillings, and over a dozen crowns. They have been amazing, compassionate, gentle, thorough and totally wonderful. Every single person in all those visits has been willing to go over and above to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Best dentist on the central coast. Michelle is so awesome too! Dr. Hayes is seriously the nicest, most qualified dentist. Go see them! ok… I have to add to this review. I was seen today by Dr. Hayes and Cheyanne (sp) and they are just so freaking amazing! They talked me through everything and are always so gentle and thorough. A big shout out to Michelle for squeezing me in… you are fantastic at your job! I love, love, love these ladies!

I have been looking for a dentist that my three year old boy could see. I thought about going to a pediatric dentist but wanted someone he would stay with long term. Shauna Hayes is hands down the BEST dentist for children and adults. My little boy was so comfortable with the staff. Not only were they amazing during his check up, whileI had my exam, the staff entertained my boy with a kids toy chest and the movie Finding Nemo. So excited to have found such a wonderful dentist.

Such an amazing dentist! Dr. Hayes and her staff are always so gentle, thorough, and accommodating. I’m always impressed by their professionalism and kindness.
My children (ages 6 and 8) have been going there for several years now and have always had such positive experience there. They love the treasure chest of goodies after a check up. Such a nice touch!
Michelle at the front desk is the best! We walked in today and she had a kids movie all ready to go for my little ones. She always makes us feel so welcomed! And she’s VERY good at scheduling and fitting us in when we can work an appointment into our busy schedules.

I have been going to Dr. Hayes for close to 4 years. I am a nervous individual when I have to go to the dentist. Historically, a dentist would tell me all the things I need to do and give me an outrageous treatment bill. Out the door I would go but that all changed when I met Dr. Hayes. She is hands down one of the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of going to see. She understands my anxiety and is very accommodating. I have referred 2 of my co-​workers to her and they have all been very appreciative.

I have had extensive treatments done by Doctor Hayes and have been very satisfied with the end results. I would highly recommend her for anyone in need of dental work.
