Frank’s Lock & Key

Called Frank’s on a Saturday and while he couldn’t help me because he was on a job, he suggested Miners Ace Hardware in Grover Beach. I mean, how cool is that? Thank you, Frank’s~

We called Frank’s Lock and Key after reading the great reviews. The owner, Erin was very pleasant and set up an appointment on the day we requested as we were coming to Arroyo Grande from out of town. Her husband, Luke was prompt and very expertly re-​keyed our locks and made new keys for us. Wonderful service and very reasonable pricing for the work done. Highly recommend Frank’s Lock and Key!!!

Well they saved my life again third time I’ve used them they are fantastic on time in fact I kept him waiting a few minutes and I’m very sorry about that but they unlocked my door that I couldn’t get into the lock was screwed up so helpful so kind highly recommend

Great service! We just bought a house and needed to get the locks re-​keyed. The job actually turned out being more than that though, since the original owners had lost the keys to all the deadbolts, and one of the regular knobs, leaving us with only 2 working keys for 5 locks. Calling Frank’s was great, the person who answered the phones was really really nice. She even congratulated me on getting a house, and was so nice when I called back to reschedule the time to a later one so that I would be able to leave work to be here for it. They were very accomodating and kind.
Luke was professional and friendly, and got all the work done in less than an hour. They were out of the same color locks/​knobs, so we do have a bit of a mismash going on but he kept it cohesive on each individual door which was awesome. Plus now they all actually are lockable, and we don’t have to have a million keys and missing keys.
The prices were completely reasonable as well.
If you are looking for someone to rekey your house this is a great company, and we highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for these guys!!! I had never been to Pismo Beach before and accidentally locked my keys in the trunk. On the 4^th of July! I found a few businesses online but they were either not open, or extremely rude and wouldn’t come clear out to where I was. I panicked. Frank’s Lock & Key was not open, but I left a message on the answering machine anyways and within 15 – 20 minutes, he called me back. It was nice to finally get a friendly tone on the other end, unlike any of the other businesses I spoke to. What a lifesaver!!!
He cut me a key and showed up within 30 minutes at most. After being in such a panic, these guys really came to the rescue and the level of customer service they have truly is rare. Doesn’t get better than this!

I cannot speak more highly of this business. I don’t think I even need to go into the amount of times that I have had to call them — from keys breaking in locks, to changing the lock, re-​keying etc etc etc. They ALWAYS go above and beyond what I could have ever expect. I will always always always use this business. For either business or if I do dumb stuff at my house.

Luke came out same day and rekeyed my lock for a fair price. Will use this company again in the future.

Let’s just say that someone around here is hard on the hardware, so it’s great to know when things get stuck, broken, and lost I can get ‘Frank’ (aka Luke) right over to fix it quick and easy. Recently the ignition in the ol’ POS Ford Focus stopped turning and Luke showed up and a Saturday morning to fix the frick out it. He had the parts in stock and on hand. I had watched a video on how to repair it myself on youtube and after watching the rocket science involved I immediately called ‘Frank’ (aka Luke.) He showed up on time and knocked it out quickly. Instead of spending a full day screwing it up myself ‘Frank’ (aka Luke) took care of it. Highest possible recommendation. High fives and five stars!

We locked ourselves out of our house with no extra keys available. One call to Frank’s Lock and Key and we were in the house within 30 minutes. Erin was very courteous and Luke was on time and got the job done within minutes. Even made us an extra key. Highly recommend this local business.

Frank’s Lock and Key are the bomb! This morning I get a call that an employee had her keys stolen, I get into my store, call Frank’s Lock and Key and they are here in 20 minutes. Luke at Franks locksmith get my keys done in a hurry. Use were for my RV. Couldn’t find a place to get them duplicated elsewhere. Highly recommend is guys as getting the job done quickly.

There’s a reason why people like doing business with Luke and Erin. They’re honest people making a living providing great service. In a community like the central coast, you couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend them for lock outs, rekeys, key copies, or anything to do with locks and keys.

Both Erin and Luke are very helpful to my business. As an REO agent for the banks Luke does all of my re-​keys. He’s always on time and his fees are reasonable plus I’ve never had problems with any lock he’s re-​key for me.
