I asked Philip to come to my house in San Carlos few times for a quote to install a new pavement in my front-​yard and possible back-​yard with swimming-​pool. I sow him working in removing a swimming pool and landscaping the backyard of my parents-​in-​law. He did a good job. He removed the pool and landscaped it very well.
We fixed an appointment on Saturday October 23 at 2 PM. He called around 11AM leaving a message saying he could not make it. I my wife and my little boy made arrangement to stay home that day for this, anyway. I called him on Monday to follow up. We fixed an appointment on Tuesday 26^th at 5.30PM. I asked my boss to leave earlier for this appointment. He did not show up. I called him and he said that something came up. He was in Freemont he could not make it. I asked him when we can reschedule. He said he would call me back in a few hours. He never called back. I called him back the following day leaving a message. He never called back. Eventually I decided to bring my business elsewhere. He does not seem very reliable after all.
