Steak ‘n Shake

I love this Steak and Shake servers are wonderful and the food is the best plus that wonderful greeter Mr. Moll I love to sit at the stool and chat with everyone I get something different each week I love their chilli mac the best!

Awful service! Our whole experience took over 1 ½ hours for 4 people (2 of them being toddlers). We watched our food sitting in the window for a good 15 minutes before it came to our table. We were stupid enough to order dessert which took another 15 minutes. The only reason we got it was because the manager checked on us and went back to make it… however, she didn’t bring it to us but left it for our server to bring out which took even longer. The worst part is when your server knows it’s taking longer than it should and ignores your table instead of addressing the problem. Then it was free kids day but if they split the check we lost the discount? Longest experience for a couple burgers and fries … won’t be back!
