Unethical company. Provided an estimate for small gutter repair with specifics of job including materials. Called and emailed after putting down a deposit to get estimate of when they would start. 6 weeks later they discover they can not do a repair and have the audacity to include a new estimate for complete replacement of gutters. They did offer my deposit back, however I have still not received it after almost 10 weeks from date of initial deposit. DO NOT USE this crooked company.

We had new gutters installed by St. Louis Gutter and Siding. We chose them because they appeared to be the most professional and reliable company that submitted a bid. They were not the cheapest bid. Their website is very convincing and features avideo from Brad Nothum, president of the company. The video made us feel that if we chose St. Louis Gutter, we would be in good hands. That was not our experience.
The crew was unprofessional. They severely damaged a key ornamental tree in our landscaping and gouged the brick in our 110 year old house. The damage could have been avoided if they knew what they were doing, took the proper precautions, and took pride in their work. After the crew finished, they just loaded up and left. They didn’t have the courtesy to knock on our door and say, «sorry, we accidently damaged your property».An apology can go a long way. Instead they just let us discover the damage ourselves. St. Louis Gutter never even tried to make the situation right.
The crew did a poor job cleaning up after themselves. They did sweep the sidewalk clean of years’ worth of shingle sand that ended up on the sidewalk, but unfortunately they just swept it into the landscaping mulch.
We had to call them back twice. The first time was to correctvery poor workmanship, fix multiple leaks and clean up debris they left on the porch roof. One corner of gutter was so poorly aligned that you could see light through it and the sealant was oozing out the ½ inch gaps. The second time was to fix a leaking corner that was «fixed» on the first call back. While painting the eaves and trim I discovered 6 gutter hangers that were never even screwed into the fascia board, so I finished their job for them. Their lack of attention to detail is unacceptable to me.
Overall they communicated very poorly with me. The salesman, install foreman, and the crew could take a few pointers from Erika, administrative assistant. She is the only person that I dealt with that knows how to communicate like a professional.
Based on our experience with St. Louis Gutter, we cannot recommend them.

Used this company twice. First time was awesome… fast service and good work. Second time a nightmare. Multiple broken promises. Three months from signed contract to completion of work with several lack of responsiveness… to the point that we lost trust in the company. Nice work when finally completed. But… oh…the journey to that point.
