I was warned before shopping here that prices are fluid. With this in mind, I visited their enormous showroom and found a great selection of chairs. Ultimately, I found a chair and fabric that perfect for my needs. My salesperson, Nasrin, was nice enough, but — and here’s where the two stars comes in – I just got the feeling that I was being hustled. It’s definitely a used car sales process. They don’t honor their advertised sales, by leaving them dubious and vague. My fifth grader described her as «disagreeable.» It’s about the sale not about customer satisfaction. I suppose this explains their empty parking lot. Plus I hear it’s going to be a CVS in the near future.

Stopped in recently to browse the showroom. The first thing that hit me was the smell. Nate – I kept thinking about how your wife said that the booth at Empire Garden smelled«iike butt.» Furniture Solution doesn’t smell«like butt;» however, there is some odd scent combo of Pledge, wet basement, and grandma’s house that was not working for me. The lighting is dim, and there wasn’t any music playing. I’m not a fan of Muzak by any means, but I thought that most stores had some sort of background music to put customers in a buying mood. Most importantly, the furniture was just not that great. Nothing made an impression on us, and the prices, though mid-point, seemed a bit high compared to the quality. On the plus side, the sales associate who talked to us was very helpful and not pushy at all.
