What a rip-​off. They sent someone out to fix our dryer that wasn’t getting hot. He said it heated up fine but he replaced a part just to be sure. Didn’t leave a bill, but we got an invoice the next week for $ 400! $ 275/​hour AND a $ 105 charge for «technician travel» that was NEVER mentioned. We are 20 minutes from their address, so unless they travel by starship I can’t imagine how they justify that on top of $ 275/​hour which was also never discussed. By the way, the dryer STILL doesn’t get hot. As a business owner I’m embarassed to be in the company of people like this.
