Taqueria La Esquinita

They make great burritos. They’re huge. My favorite is half carnitas and half chile verde. It was perfect and just $ 5.50. Their tacos are $ 1.75, though.

Their tacos and burritos are the best that I have had in the area. The asada tacos and burritos are definitely the way to go. I also recommend the carnitas. They also have very good beans and rice. The service is not the greatest that I have had, it is fast but not always the friendliest but they more than make up for it with their food. Do not let that turn you away from this place because I do believe that the cooks are not rude on purpose, they just like to do their work. I highly recommend repeated visits.

I star only one because I asked these fool if I can have a side of onions and cilantro and this guy Rudely asked do you want to pay more! Really? For a small side of onions and cilantro !! Never coming back again. Cheap rude a$$$$

Lived in Armona all my life and since this place opened, I’ve been very hesitant to try it but last night I had a craving for a Chili Verde burrito and with the heat knocking me down and out, I surely didn’t want to drive to Hanford or Lemoore for one so I popped in here for a little try and I have to say the Chili Verde burrito (rice, beans, meat only in mine) was definitely better than that of La Fiesta in its prime but not as good as Señor Panchos in Lemoore (my favorite thus far)
I’d like to give it more than 3 stars BUT there was 1 customer in front of me and i don’t know how long she’d been waiting but when I got there we were both in line for about 10 minutes before someone took our order.
Not too sure of the exact hours but if this place is open late nights, it would be nice.
I’ll be returning to try the chili verde tacos and maybe venture to try other things as well

Great burritos and fast service. I usually get food to go. I had a chile verde burrito that was tasty. My son had carne asada burrito. He liked his as well. Reasonable prices.

Late night spot… open til 3 am on Saturday night. Haven’t had a bad meal, it’s a taqueria so don’t expect a full menu, but it’s authentic as you can find.

Love the food! Helps that it’s so close to my house :) everyone there is very nice and helpful. Looks like it’s all home made!

My father turned me over to this place, I had dismissed it since that exact location has been home to nothing but failed taco places. But every since my father gave me a taste of the Carne Asada Burrito he had ordered, I was hooked. His exact order was a carne asada burrito with no beans or rice, only onion, cilantro and chile. At first I was sceptical, I mean c’mon now the epitome of a burrito is the beans and rice. But I will try anything at least once. Man, was I shocked! The carne asada tasted like home cooked barbeque, it was rich in its natural flavor and was complemented perfectly by the seasoning used, nothing like the generic tasting meat that has taken over most taco places. Of course, when I added lemon, the flavor was amplified. I have this burrito at least once a week, it is a must for me. There is a difference though, I order it with a little bit of beans and rice and EXTRA meat. The flavor of the meat is subdued a little bit by the beans and rice, just like my dad said it would be, but the extra compensates for this. Haven’t tried anything else from here though. :)

Excellent food! Burritos are huge and very well priced. Chorizo burrito is my favorite, but the carne asada is delicious as well.
