Kozy Korner Saloon

Kozys Korner in Armada is exactly what you think of in a small tow. This place was cozy! Pretty small and full of characters. There was a guy in there that looked like Benjamin Franklin! About 60% of the bar cleared out when there were puppies on the sidewalk. Kozys has no draft beer or cans. Weird. There were a couple different burgers on th menu. Of course we had to try the Kozy burger, and then a Bacon burger. If youre looking for a good bar burger these are good choices. Half pound off simple grill and onto the bun. I got the bacon ith Murican cheese. Other than this, all the goodies were brought kn a tray. I.E. onion, relish, peppers…

I tasted every ingredient in every bite of the bacon burger. Blissful! Gwen took great care of us, even treated us like we were regulars.

I stumbled upon the Kozy Korner while visiting the bookstore in Armada. This is a perfect little bar for a relaxed Saturday night or a quick lunch on the go, which was my case. I highly recommend the Swiss burger. It was grilled right in front of me while the cook chatted away with customers. Picture an «up north» bar but without the long drive. The average beer price is $ 2.50 which is also nice if venturing out on a Saturday with friends.
