We are on our fourth real estate transaction with our agent, Sally Tritt-​Collins and can’t imagine using another realtor. After many disappointing real estate experiences, my husband and I found Sally when we were searching for our first home together. She has always made the time to make us feel like her most important clients, whether our budgets were miniscule, we were searching out of her key area, or our renters were making selling a home painful for her. Through it all, Sally’s sunny attitude, love of the business and of people come through. We couldn’t be happier and encourage other people to try her as well.

My agent here, Bob Penny, was great! He helped me with a foreclosure house in a beautifully wooded location. I quickly learned there are a few tricky issues that arise with bank-​owned homes, and he was a pro, and comfort, at navigating through this. He, and others at Windermere, seemed to take a personal interest in my transaction. He is a former principal at Arlington & Sedro-​Woolley high schools and well-​liked in the area.

I love our agent, Liz Davis. She is patient, and knowledgeable. We are the kind of couple who want to look at like 50 houses, and she is great for us. We made and offer on a short sale and then took it back, and she was great through that,. We’re still looking and she is fantastic.
