Whataburger

I have to say this is one of the worst Whataburgers I’ve ever been to.
I understand that this is a fast food restaurant and not a high end 5 star restaurant, but some common courtesy is not too much to ask for right?
The first time I came into this Whataburger they had music playing so loud in the background that the employee taking my order couldn’t hear me, and instead of turning the music down she kept yelling louder through the intercom. I had to repeat my order 3 times until she finally got it correctly
When I drove up to the window the employee said, sorry music is too loud I couldn’t hear what you were saying. (I can hear that the music is coming from the phone that is sitting next to the register).
As I said, understand that it is a fast food restaurant. & I don’t care if they want to listen to music while they work, makes work more bearable. However, if there is a customer and you are not able to hear them because of the music being so loud (since it’s right next to the register…) maybe… turn the music down?
This second time around, they took SO LONG to get my order ready. I’m not sure if they just cooked everything fresh, but all I ordered were chicken tenders and fries. Which usually don’t take as long as is took.
I’ll give it one more chance before I decide to not come here ever again.
Who knows, maybe the third time is a charm?

Whataburger is always the best fast food place. Great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The drive thru and inside counter is quick. Service has always been good here too. Great Whataburger.

Disappointed because I use to love whataburger as a kid now the taste is disgusting to me. On top of giving me horrible heartburn. Try or don’t try it. It’s nothing special.

I will give any Whataburger at least a 4 star rating based on food alone. I love the menu and they have the best fries/​ketchup combination by far between any of the fast food chains.
This place gets pretty crowded during the lunch/​dinner rush but surprisingly the line moves pretty quickly. The staff really seems to have a good flow and unlike other restaurants I rarely am disappointed in how long it takes to get my food. I also really appreciate that I have never had an issue here in ordering something and getting home and not having what I ordered in my sack.
I would say the only drawback here is the location. Collins is an extremely busy street and this location is in the middle of several busy shopping centers. The light on the corner helps but I still dread driving to this location from time to time.

Walking into the restaurant and seeing that familiar menu brings back great memories of Texas. I ordered a #1 meal, single burger loaded with fries and a drink. It was served quickly and hot. As usual it was well seasoned and very moist. The fries crispy with just the right amount of salt added. The staff very friendly and quick. Always love me some Whataburger!

The best fast food restaurant my family and I have ever experienced! The staff makes it, they go the extra mile to please you. The food is great, the normal Whataburger fare but put it all together and this is a place worth visiting again and again!

I go here @ lunch time. Place is always HELLA busy, so that’s a good sign. Customer service has always been spot on here. The Mgrs. always seem to be the same so again to me looks good. They get there crews gettin it done!
Food is always hot n fresh. And few times they have left something off the order they quickly take care of it. This location is legit to me. Whataburger Kids chixken strips with well done onion rings is where it’s at.

Had a late night craving for a chicken honey butter biscuit. (The advertisement worked)
Unfortunately my craving was misguided. The biscuit was hard and crunchy on the bottom. in addition to that the chicken only covered half of my biscuit. Well I guess at least the honey butter taste good.
I can usually depend on Whataburger to give me great fast food eats. I guess tonight was an off night.
However I do have to give it to the staff there they were quite entertaining. They seem to love your job have a fairly good working relationship amongst them.

Simple but great and the staff (as others have mentioned) is absolutely fabulous. You don’t get great service that often at fast food places but this place was the exception.

Came in late on a Sunday am hadnt had whataburger in years. Had a nice experience with the staff, funny and friendly. It was one tasty burger. Honestly, it’s a fast food burger, but its just better tasting. Very good experience

Had only my second meal ever at Whataburger today. This place was clean and the staff were great. The food was very good. The burger with jalapeños was tasty and the fries were awesome. Staff were very courteous.

The staff is so nice early in the morning. The sprite was out and they changed it immediately even though they were busy. Great experience and great food.
