This shop is the best in the business– clean, comfortable and professional. And Kristal is AMAZING!!! I have waited 10+ years to get some dogwood flowers on my shoulder/​neck because I really wasn’t sure what I wanted or who I wanted to do it. I brought some artwork ideas into Kristal and made an appointment. She brought my idea to life and her artistic ability is top notch! Out of the 11 tattoos that I have this is BY FAR the BEST and it’s not even finished yet! Kristal is a true artist in every sense of the word. She is creative and meticulous in her work. One of DFW’s best for sure!

I can’t talk enough about this tattoo shop. First of all the people that work here are one of the smart EVER about the hygienics and the proper way to go about tattoos and piercings. They have the latest jewelry. Gages, septums and just the original jewelry. The colors they have for tattoos are seriously out of this world but that’s not all. The artists here can not be beaten. I’m so happy to say I’m a happy customer and I’ll be definitely be going back.

I just walked out from getting my first tattoo and rocky did an amazing job! He talked to me, helped me calm down and most of all the tattoo came out great! I will definitely be back to him for all of my tattoos!!!

I just got my second tattoo a couple minutes ago, from Rocky. The shop is clean, spacious, and inviting. The entire staff was extremely friendly, especially Rocky. He was patient and understanding as i was trying to find the right position and font that i wanted. During my tattoo, he was energetic, calming, and talkative. After my tattoo, I expressed my interest in watercolor tattoos, a specialty of Rocky’s, and he sat down and graciously showed me his work. He seemed excited about my interest, even though I had no idea about what I wanted to get and offered his card advising me contact him if I get any ideas. I will hugely recommend to anybody to visit the shop and plan on coming back myself for any future tattoos.

Do Not GO There! Overpriced if they do not know you personally you are not a priority! Did not finish my tattoo and they made me pay 600 dollars for a small tattoo that they didnt even finish.

Deana, their piercer, is awesome. The jewelry she uses is very high quality titanium and very reasonably priced. I got my ear lobes pierced and my ear cartilage jewelry swapped out for titanium horseshoes. Deana can anodize the titanium, so I went with a lovely teal color (she let me watch the whole process, which was fascinating). She marked my ears, double checked and triple checked the placement, and made sure I was happy with it before she pierced my ears (we also re-​checked the placement after the first piercing). The whole experience was calm and fun and Deana was very professional.
I would highly recommend Deana and Urban’s — the shop is clean, the music was very chill, and the staff were great. I’ll definitely be back for more piercings and a tattoo (my friend got a tattoo by Rocky when we were there and it turned out great).

Urbans is like a second home to me. The owner is one of the most inspiring people I know. The artists are top notch and atmosphere it’s chill. Prices are affordable for the quality of work they lay down.

I had such a great experience here! Went in a few days ahead of actually getting my tattoo to set up an appointment. Everyone I met there was so nice! I got an exceptional tattoo from Ronnie and it’s better than I could have hoped for! Would definitely go back to get another tattoo and recommend them to everyone!

I had a great experience here! Damien (a.k.a. Cuda) took care of me and made my first tattoo experience as painless as possible. The shop was clean and the people were very professional. I gave him a picture of what the tattoo that I wanted to get on my arm, and he improved upon it and made it even better! I’ll definitely be back for my next one.

I stopped in here while on vacation to get my septum pierced. I looked through Unilocal before I chose this shop and I have to say, their awesome score is well deserved.
The staff was very friendly, knowledgable and gave me honest advice. My piercing was a bit complicated due to scarring inside my nose from an operation I had a while back. Amanda explained the risks associated and mentioned it would be tough to make it straight. I decided to go for it anyways. She rocked it! She did it without a clamp and it’s so perfect! It’s straight, it’s healing really well, and I get compliments all the time. Amanda’s über talented and I’m sad I don’t live around there so I won’t be able to go to her for future piercings.
Speaking to their honesty and advice, they even suggested my friend wait to get her piercing since she mentioned she’s going to be swimming. Even though they were going to lose money if she chose not to get it done, they were honest. I really respect the ethics of this business. They take pride in what they do and they genuinely want everyone to be satisfied with what they choose.
If you’re looking for an honest shop overflowing with talent, look no further.

The work on my son was done by Damien. He came highly recommended. I get my children thier first tattoo when they turn 18. I am very particular about the art work. He blew all my expectations out of the water! The work is outstanding and he was very professional and a genuine nice guy. Thank you so much for your art and your kindness.

Damien Galloway. Write that down. Not only is he an amazing artist, but he really listens to what you want and comes through with some sick designs. Will definitely be back for my boyfriend’s cover up– wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. My friend and I came for our first tattoos, and as walk-​ins we were instantly greeted and taken care of. My friend wasn’t 100% sure what she wanted and they sat with us and helped her find something she loved.
It was a very clean, nice environment; well lit and everyone was super friendly. Everything got wiped down and sanitized, you saw all the artists there doing it. Everybody had a portfolio out so you could look through them at your pleasure. I will definitely be returning.

I had a really great experience here.
I came here with my boyfriend for his birthday a few days ago as walk-​in clients. The staff greeted us when we walked in and asked us what we wanted. The artist I got was Gerry. Gerry was friendly and did a great job of designing the tattoo I wanted based on what I described and the few photos I showed him as examples of what I was talking about. He finished my tattoo in 5 — 10 minutes, not long at all! Very quick, but very thorough, and it came out beautiful! I couldn’t be happier! I’ll upload a pic of it.
They also gave my boyfriend a free shirt for his birthday, and I thought that was pretty sweet. If I ever want another tattoo in the future, I would come back here

i went here to get a tattoo for my birthday, and it was pretty awesome.
with no appointment, i was greeted immediately and began talking with Jeramy about what I needed. Everyone there was professional and convivial.
while i was waiting to start the tattoo, i was milling about, just biding time. i chatted with several employees, and everyone treated me like a friend. it was pretty cool!
after getting my new tattoo drawn up, we got to work. it was a very clean, but relaxed environment. there was some music playing, and lots of people were getting inked. Jeramy was extremely personable and made me feel at ease throughout the process.
after all was said and done, they even gave me a free shirt for my birthday. i really left there feeling like «a regular.»

The snowflake I have (picture posted) was done by Issac and was $ 200 for me. It the most expensive one I have but it’s worth it. Good quality and I get compliments on it ALL the time!
The tattoo personally means a lot to me so it was great to have him do such a great job for me!

I’ve come to Urbans for all three of my tattoos! I was treated with the utmost respect and received even better tattoos than I imagined! I have pieces done by Damien and Alonzo and both are absolutely PHENOMENAL artists! The shop is very clean and well maintained, and you are welcomed as soon as you walk in the door! I recommend this place for everyone! The prices are right for their level of expertise! You will not be cheated, they are the best of the best!
