OUTSTANDING body shop!!! Hue and his team are amazing at what they do, they sent me progress pictures of the work I had being done and both times going there I was very pleased! Definitely recommended!

I needed a cheaper alternative than 200 plus to replace a car door handle. I called Tran’s after finding the garage on Unilocal.I was quoted way less than the other major dealerships. He told me to come anything to get it replace. I came on Thursday. Let me tell you, they were packed with cars. A good sign right. The process was only going to take 30 to 45 minutes. Hiu even offered to take me to a local donut shop to wait instead of having me wait at the dealership. Now where can you find that kind of service.

I absolutely hate to give this place anything less than 5 stars, but this past experience I’ve had with them has only been sub-​par. My fiancé’s car had a broken window last year near Christmastime. Because I’ve had a good experience with Tran’s Auto Body before, I decided to convince my fiancé to get his window fixed here. He got it back within a day or two and was told not to roll down the windows for at least 24 hours. It was winter, so of course we didn’t roll down the windows for about a week. The first few days after getting it back, we still heard some of the broken glass inside of the car door panel. It got really annoying, so we took it back and the guy said he would take it apart and vacuum the broken glass pieces out again and we got it back the next day. We still hear some glass to this day, but it’s bearable this time. Well now, the glue from the window seems like it’s losing its adhesion because the window wobbles when it’s rolled up or down and now he has to manually push the window up to close it or straighten it out. Nothing from then and now has happened to the door panel or window. I asked my fiancé to bring it back, but can you blame him if he doesn’t want to take it back for a third time?
As far as the quality of body work goes, I can vouch that he does a good job. He’s always been able to fix my dents and scratches. However, we’re just really disappointed that this wasn’t a good experience. I will still recommend him for body work, but for windows, you should check out other places.

Tran’s Auto Body made my MINI Cooper look new again after it was hit in a parking lot. They replaced and painted the hood to match the rest of the car, and fixed the door. You can’t even tell it was damaged! And the price was very fair!

I went out one morning to get estimates from three body repair shops for my Honda Civic. First stop was Tran’s. The estimate was far below what I expected, I didn’t even bother going to the other two places. They did a remarkable job on everything. It looks like new again and was all completed within the schedule they promised. I was going to drop off the car and take a taxi home, but no, not only did Huu give me a ride home, but he picked me up when my car was ready. Folks, this is what REAL customer service is all about. I can’t say enough good things about Tran’s. So glad I found this place. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing body work on their car. Thanks again!

A guy from MP Auto Repair referred me to Tran’s Auto Body. He told me that he gets all his body work done here, and I couldn’t be more happy that he informed me about this place! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who needs any type of body work on their car.
I am surely coming back here to get my rear bumper fixed. They do such a clean job and the customer service is outstanding! They really know what they’re doing. They even noticed a couple dings on my car that I didn’t even see myself.

First off, I am giving them a 5 start because there’s no higher star to give. Ok, I learned of Trans Auto Body from Unilocal!!!Thanks Unilocal and Unilocalers for creating a safe space for the consumer. My review will be slightly different than the rest, only because I send at least 2 cars there per month. So, I’m can talk about consistency with this company. They are honest, reliable, and go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied. Now, not that the work isn’t satisfactory, because they do what they are paid to do… They perform in a manner that’s second to none. Sometimes other obstacles come up, and needs to be addressed… By me living in Naples Florida, I can’t always be there to address these matters. But I have no worries when dealing with Trans Auto Body!!! Thanks Hue and the crew!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

This man and his crew are simply amazing! Had some front bumper damage from a stray piece of metal on the freeway. Not only does it look like it never happened but everyone was so polite!!! Got my car back in no time!!! The price was very good as well!!! One happy customer right here!!!

I went to see Huu Tran with my front bumper headlight broken on my Infi G35. He upfront told me what he can do and at the reasonable price with 3 days to turnover. He fixed the bumper and told he will not charge me any additional of what he is mentioned before because he felt he did not fix what he promised before. He is such a humble and nice guy he not only did the great work but also mentioned that he will insert the bumper bracket free of cost if I get that part (bumper bracket) next week. Where else will you find the business who work on ethic these days. I now felt that I shld took my car to him when ever need a body work and will definitely recommend to many of my frds. Thanks Huu.

I took a bumper cover for a 2009 Toyota Camry to trans auto body shop to have it painted on a Tuesday, Huu told me that he would be finished on Thursday. He had it finished on time as promised. and did an excellent job on the bumper cover. Dealing with Huu was a very pleasant experience, he was very friendly, honest, and not uptight, and did the job for well below the cost that all other shops were quoting me on their prices. He made me feel appreciated as a customer, and not like an inconvenience as some of the other shops that I had called had made me feeI. I could tale that he really appreciates his customers business and cares very much about the quality and end result of his work. I will definitely be using his services in the future.

07 Dodge Charger was repaired here. I think the work was excellent, but Huu thought he could have done better (the man loves his craft). This guy is the real deal, extremely reasonable, professional and most down to earth business man i have ever come across. I am not from Texas, but i would drive the 4 hours back here again with my business any day. #greatprice #greatwork #recommend

Our son was involved in an accident that caused pretty serious front end damage to his pontiac sunfire. This car was a family hand me down & we knew it was sound mechanically. We figured the cost to repair the car would cost more than the car was worth but decided to get some estimates just in case. The car had been towed to our home with radiator damage.
We called several auto body shops in Arlington based off of reviews. I was reluctant at first to call Tran’s as his ratings just seemed to good to be true. Wow am I glad I called this business. The owner Huu answered. I explained our situation & Huu immediately offered to come to our home & give us an estimate. He actually came out the day I called him. I had already received 1 estimate from one of Tran’s competitors that seemed outrageous. Huu had my written estimate ready the next day & his price was awesome. We had the car repaired at Tran’s & all went well. Huu was very courteous, professional & above all honest during the whole transaction.
We are very happy with the work he did on the car. Great guy to do business with.

I brought Trans my VW CC Lux after having poor experiences elsewhere. I’m extremely picky about my car. It needed the passenger front door and fender repaired (replaced fender — repaired door). I explained my concern about overspray, poor paint match, orange peel, etc that I experienced at the large dealership shops previously. Huu told me he’d take care of me and even save me some coin. He was dead on with his estimated time and walked me through everything making sure I was 100% happy. I’m blown away. Cheaper than the big body shops and significantly cleaner work. No overspray, perfectly sanded/​buffed paint, and an overall great experience. If you care about your car– take it here. If you care to save money– take it here.
The outward appearance of the shop is dusty, busy, and at first glance unorganized. As it turns out it’s probably the most well organized body shop in the area and he actually comes through on his promises. None of the usual run-​around given by dealer shops and no BS — Huu is straight forward, honest, and runs a top notch shop. A true 5 star experience.

I called on I believe a Tuesday and dropped my truck off later that evening. The place was a little hard to find. I mean there is a sign but it’s kind of tucked in between some other buildings; there isn’t a lot of parking either. Other than those complaints, I’m still giving this a 5 Star rating. The customer service was just superb and better than expected. Also the turnover rate to get my vehicle back was super fast as well, considering he had to order new parts in order to fix the mirror. He quoted me a fair price and I am very happy with the way it looks. I would recommend to everyone. Hopefully, I won’t have to go back to in the future, but if I do… I know they’d do a good, fair job!

Found this place from reading other positive reviews and wow, I was so happy to find this place. Only wish I had learned about Trans years ago.
FYI-​my car is a 2013 Limited Ford Flex $ 55,000 so I won’t take it just anywhere.

I’ve taken my Dodge challenger to Trans several times. This guy communicates with you and does a stuller job in collision repair. You won’t be disappointed using Trans. Also very timely on getting your vehicle back to you.

So somebody cracked my bumper in a parking lot and I was in need of a little auto body repair. Everybody knows it can be tough to find trustworthy people in the auto biz. Luckily Unilocal led me to Tran’s and I couldn’t have been happier. Huu provided outstanding customer service from start to finish at a great price. Oh, and his team did a fantastic job! Would definitely recommend!

Tran’s Auto Body always took care of anything that I needed to have fixed with my car when I lived in the area. They are really dependable, do an amazing job, and prices were always very competitive to other establishments. I was never afraid of getting ripped off here, being that I am a girl and some places tend to raise prices or get me to fix something that doesn’t necessarily have to be fixed. They are truly honest and I would undoubtedly recommend this place to anyone! Wish there was a Tran’s Auto Body in Florida =(

Tran’s auto body has been doing all my body work for many years, I would not go anywhere else and I would highly recommend to everyone!
Their fast, friendly service is great and I have never been disappointed. And if there was the slightest defect, they would do their best to correct it to my satisfaction. They are good at communicating and discussing things with you so that you don’t feel like you’re being charged or cheated for more money. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
