The Cliffs

I lived here for 2 years and the place was great. I had the Zion one bedroom apartment which was huge with a view of the main pool. All the appliance were up to date and working. The balcony was along as my bedroom with plenty of space to fit 10 people. The apartment workout facility was accessible 24hours and had 2 tvs and two bathrooms. There was a game room in the office open during the day but i never used it. The pool was great especially on Saturday and Sundays. Only real complaint i had with this place was the rent. They offered student discounts with proof of class schedule but for my one bedroom it was $ 710. You can get a good apartment that size in a better location in Dallas or Fort Worth. All in all if I was still working in Arlington I’d live here again.

— covered parking
— walking distance of a grocery and drugstore
— great scenery
— large patio
— valet trash service
— close to Cowboys Stadium
Cons:
— depending on your neighbors, floor boards can be very noisy
— had ant problem for a month. Had to place all sweets in a sealed bag or container
— high rent for its location in Arlington
— If you lived towards theback of the complex you had to deal with break ins
