This is the newly rebranded restaurant at the Crystal City Embassy Suites hotel. And it is awful. We only decided to eat here because we thought it would be convenient, since we were staying here; but it was anything but. We waited for 20+ minutes for a water… or acknowledgement of our existence… or anything. The whole time right next to a group of rowdy and loud kids who were destroying one of the tabletops while playing. I saw a manager point to us, as if telling servers to come help us; but that never happened. We DID have enough time to look at the menu and most entrees were $ 20 – 30, sandwiches were $ 18ish and a PB&J was $ 8. Beers were $ 7. Mixed drinks from well/bottom shelf were $ 9. What is this, a baseball stadium? We then walked down the street to Epic SmokeHouse, a steakhouse… where the steaks are less expensive than the hotel that has awful service, loud kids everywhere and water all over the floor because of the adjacent pool. I haven’t had dinner here, but if the breakfast was any indication, I’m glad the horrible service led us to greener pastures.
