Every time I come here they are short staffed. And they take forever to get my food out to me. Also, the previous visit to this Taco Bell there was a fight between two staff members. There was yelling, swearing and a crying girl running around the store. store needs new management

Enjoyed the chicken boss wrap today. It was much better without the guacamole. Love trying new things from Taco Bell. Not go to place for a quick fix for tacos and such.

Check your orders. The last three times I went there something was missing from my order. Today when the worker handed me the food I asked if the quesadilla was in the bag. He said yes. I asked if he was sure. Again he said yes. We pulled up and checked the bag. No quesadilla. I went in and the guy that served me was grinning. He said that he did forget the quesadilla. After I told him that was the third time in a row they screwed up my order he didn’t say anything. When I was leaving he was grinning at one of his co-workers. I will not be back.

I honestly am not a huge fan of Taco Bell’s food, but the staff here is fantastic. That alone keeps me coming back. They are courteous, friendly, and fast. They have really stepped up their game over the years.

Shame on you, Taco Bell… you bring out a new item so damn tempting as your CrunchBerry Bites, and what do I get? Sucky, soaked in grease, no crunch berry coating, and no filling(likely because it had soaked into the red cake) mildly warm bites. You have a brand new product & can’t give a darn to serve it hot, correct, or with anything more intelligible than a damn grunt? It’s obvious to me they had an order of the«bites» lying around cold & popped them into the fryer for a moment to get us out of the drive thru.

OK — so I think most of you know what Taco Bell is by now, so I will dispense with the description of the food, etc. What sets this Taco Bell apart from it’s peers is how friendly and courteous the staff is and how clean the location is. I have been going here awhile because it is close to my house, and one day there was a new girl named Ashley working there. She was so nice and pleasant, she actually came and asked my wife and I if our food was OK and offered to take our tray! I thought to myself«Pretty soon she will realize that this is just a fast-food restaurant and this kind of behavior will end.» Well, fast forward a couple of months and Ashley is still as friendly as ever and now has a name-tag proclaiming she is a Trainer! Instead of beating her down into the mold of a common fast-food worker, the management realized she was an incredible asset and promoted her! OK I said I wasn’t going to talk about the food… I mean we all know what Taco Bell serves, don’t we? Let me just say that the food here is always fresh and always has accurate portions. They do not skimp on the food and they will gladly take it back if you are unhappy, not that I ever have been because it is always delicious. The one thing I have to say negative about this Taco Bell is that they do not carry the standard value menu. They do have a value menu, but they do not have some of the products on the value menu I like to order, like the Chicken Burrito for example. Instead they have a bunch of $ 2 boxes that come with Dorito’s. Strange, but my kids like them and they are an incredible value. If you don’t like Taco Bell, please disregard my review. This is a Taco Bell, but it is an outstanding Taco Bell… so if you like their food(which I do) stop by and say hi to Ashley and Henry(one of the managers) and tell them to keep up the good work.
