Worst service… never gets the drink correctly and worst of all how can you give a drink to a customer with a squirt of whip cream and say you guys run out.

If I could give this Starbucks no stars I would. The employees are incredibly rude and have disgusting attitudes! Once I came here for a simple cup of WATER. I told the cashier & I’m not sure if she even told the barista to get me a freaking water. So I waited a good 10 minutes thinking I was going to get my water & it never came. I asked the barista about it & she gave the the most stank attitude & said«I’m making drinks right now» and rolled her eyes at me… Like WTF water is a freaking drink too! Geez! I left and I’ll probably never come back.

This location has the rudest, worst employees I have ever experienced in any Starbucks location. Starbucks corporation needs to do some serious remedial customer service training here or, better yet, clean house and start over with a new staff. It’s bad for the SBUX corporate brand to be associated with this absolutely awful location.

If you prefer your latte topped with attitude and get treated by rude staff that act like they mightier than JC, then this place is totally for you! I will never visit this place ever again, not even if this is the last Starbucks on the planet. It’s an absolutely sad and pathetic Starbucks kiosk.

Well, I am going to be that crazy person… I actually did not have much of an issue going to this Starbucks. Granted, my expectation for Starbucks are low, but unlike many other people, I went through the line pretty fast! There was one person in front of me who took over 5 minutes to order and a guy who had ten cups of coffee and I got my two fraps in less than 15 minutes! On a Black Friday I was amazed! I was expecting to have to desert this stand and go to the Starbucks next to Chevys or the one in the town center outside. The fraps tasted good and the staff were friendlier than I expected. Just keep in mind when you come to this place that: –It’s a mall stand. The selection is limited. If you need selection, don’t come here. –It’s Starbucks. Starbucks is rarely, if ever fast. You are also in a very heavily populated business district and tourist drop off. Odds are that there is going to be that guy ahead of you getting 12 drinks for his co-workers or that one tourist who is from a country that lacks Starbucks. Expect a long wait time! If you keep this in mind, you should not have a problem!

Busy location. I come here every time I go to the mall because I need coffee to shop. Remembered I could Unilocal this place on my last visit which was 09/05/2015. Drinks are done the way they’re supposed to taste, no complaints. Services, however, are lacking. There are 2 registers but only 1 cashier. One barista making drinks. That’s why the lines are long! Other baristas are hanging around chatting and stocking already stocked cabinets? Ok so maybe they just finished stocking, but after that, shouldn’t they help? Nope. Oh, they’re not friendly here either. This hurt me: Baristas wasting water! Left the 2 faucets running, 1 with no dishes in sink. Too busy to turn on water in between cleaning supplies? But 1 barista, making 1 drink at a time, there’s time to shut off water. I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for drinks. I saw there was time in between what was placed in the sink to wash. Fresh water is limited in supply. We will run out especially if people waste. Look at the west coast! Take a class.

Agree with the other posters. Had twenty minutes before my Apple Store appt, so decided to get a coffee. Bad idea. 6 people in front of us in line, 30 mins to order and get our drinks. The staff at this SBUX are the laziest, most inefficient, and discourteous of any of the thousands of SBUX I’ve been to, worse than almost all minimum wage fast food workers. They don’t smile, and skipped my order completely. When I pointed it out, they punished me by making TWO additional other drinks before mine, and didn’t apologize for the mistake. By the time I finally got my drink, the line was 25 people long. Oh, and they didn’t have any napkins. Even the(very nice) Teavana employees upstairs(also a Starbucks company) told us to go across the street to pentagon row instead. You should do the same.

Great location, lackluster service. The good: Location. This place couldn’t be more convenient if you’re at the mall already shopping or just for lunch. There is plenty of seating nearby provided you don’t go to the mall at the same time as one of the numerous school groups that frequent Pentagon City. The bad: Get ready to wait! No matter how long(or short) the line here is, the staff is in no rush to get your drink to you. I’m not being unreasonable as I’ve been to many Starbucks locations — this is by far the slowest. Two out of five for the slow service.

Still horribly slow. I went to this one today because it’s inside the mall and going to the much better location on Joyce would have required walking through the rain. They were out of dark roast and hadn’t even started making a new pot. The guy at the register had the attitude«if we’re out, we’re out» and the idea of making more hadn’t penetrated his mind. I asked how long it would take to make a fresh pot and he said«I don’t know.» The correct answer was four minutes.

Always slow and they always seem to be out of something. It’s also a small stand inside the mall food court and is often congested. I forget there is actually Starbucks store directly across the street from here. I will begin to go there.
