Pretty sad if they won’t help you with your tire! I just needed to turn a tire around and went there while they were open and they told me Chris told me he wouldn’t help me! Save your money and goto someplace that will help you during normal business hours!

These guys are 100% honest, timely and had a great attitude! I’ve been to plenty of mechanics in Arlington and Spee Dee stands out for their great service! I will definitely be coming back!
They were up front about what they thought it would cost to replace my alternator and battery, and the ETA that they gave me was right on time. Also the inside of the building is professional, cold, and has one of the best bathrooms I think I’ve ever seen at an auto shop:)

I’ve been coming to this place for years. The manager Aaron has always been real with me and is consistently helpful. It is hard to find a place you can trust, and I can honestly say that I trust the staff here completely. They keep my truck in good shape and I am very thankful for that.

I’ve been a customer of this locations for several years and have always been very pleased with the service I’ve received. Even though I moved to Austin, there is still not a place that I trust down there, I’ve tried other places but they always forget something. So instead of dealing with changing my own oil and trying to take the old oil in my car to the local auto parts store, which is usually full on oil anyways or with my luck I’d spill the oil in my car. So last week I made one of my trips back to DFW and needed the oil changed in my of my vehicles. Unfortunately for me while driving from Austin I had a power steering line bust and had the employees look at the line. I dropped my vehicle off for the oil change and returned a few hours later. Even though the line wasn’t able to be changed due the the pump being cross-​threaded from the previous owner they didn’t charge me anything. The oil change went fine as expected and all my other fluids were topped off and ready for my trip. I’ll be coming back here again as usual.

I highly recommend Spee Dee on Cooper St in Arlington Tx. I had paid my bill with credit card. got distracted and left quickly. I get a phone call about an hour later from Chris (who works there) and he told me I left my credit card. His relatives leave near my house and he offered to bring it to me after he got off work. Wow! Now that is customer service! He did just that as I was in the middle of cooking supper on the stove. Chris, Kirby have true Character and value their customers… go check them out!
