This sonic is a 3 minute drive for us, and I rather drive to the one off 287. Super slow service, wrong order most of the time, and terrible attitude. Never again

They NEVER get our order correct/​missing food. I have even spoken with management. In total 6 our 7 times it’s been incorrect. They are extremely RUDE! I’d pay more to drive to another one 5 miles away! DONE!

I live less than 2 minutes away so I go here for convenience. For the past 2 months it has been the worst choice ever. EVERY time I go I’m told either the payment machine is down and to move to another stall or they can only accept cash because their computers are down. Brand new machines that don’t work.
I’m done trying.

This Sonic isn’t horrible. But it is definitely the worst Sonic I have ever been to.
They never give you your receipt and they have even never given my my change! I always have to ask! There is nothing more annoying!
Also, if you go through the drive-​thru and just order a drink and the 4 cars in front of you all ordered food, they will not bring your drink to your car. You will have to wait until each person in front of you gets their food!
