This sonic location is by far the best I have been to, car hops are always friendly. This past visit they left out a cheeseburger which I realized shortly after leaving, so I turned around and told them and they were quick to correct the problem. I told them it wasn’t a big deal, but the Manager went above and beyond anyway and gave me a free coupon card, with many deals on it. By far the best experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant.

We were very disappointed with the errible drive thru service. Worker was rude and she acted like she could not hear anything. Very frustrating dealing with people that are not friendly and inconsiderate of providing good consumer service. We decided take out business across the street to Jack In A Box.

I mean what can I say… Sonic is a classic! I have been frequenting this location for quite a while. I can’t say that the staff is always the nicest, but no problems with my food or drink orders.

This place has gone down hill the last 6 months or so.
Wrong orders, slow food delivery with few to no cars, cold food.
And recently started charging incorrectly. Some of the items that are used in combos have gone up in price (no issue there, it happens), but they failed to update the combo prices causing an over charge.
Buyer beware.

For awhile they were really slow and took FOREVER even when I just ordered drinks but in the past few months they have turned things around. They are quick and most of the employees are friendly and nice.
