This place is extremely slow, and the employees couldn’t care less about providing quality service. Half of the time, some of the items are not available.

This was the first time I’ve ever eaten at this chain. I walked in and found dirty tables. And had to wait for someone to come take our order. Keep in mind there’s no customers in restaurant. The lobby should be clean. I have to take my 4 month old baby to bathroom to change her. They have no changing station. No toilet paper. Had to use baby wipes to wipe my butt! Potty seat is nasty! This is nasty!

One star because their prices change from day to day and I don’t like how non friendly and lazy the staff seems. This is a very convenient location for me on the way to work, but I wont be stopping by here anymore! Suckers!

This location is a couple of minutes away from my job. So over the years I have gone here. They used to have a half priced Pizza Wednesday which would draw me in all the time, alas that’s gone. If ever I am in the mood for a sandwich and don’t want Subway or want to drive all the way to Dino’s, I’ll end up here. I haven’t been to this location in a while so I was surprised that they remodeled since last I was there. I think it actually looks pretty good. Much more open inside and they added some cool seats and TV’s on the walls. This past trip I tried out there new Chicken Alfredo Pizza. While ordering the thought crossed my mind that I was really gambling with my choice… Wow, I was very impressed by the selection. It comes with grilled chicken, pepperoni(not regular pepperoni, some special Italian kind) red peppers, alfredo sauce and I want to say shredded parmesan cheese. I ordered the smaller size which actually was a very nice size. Had enough for a really good snack the next day. I hope it stays on the menu because it was excellent.

The sandwiches are passable and the service a bit slow. The personal pizzas are a good size but the toppings are basic, and they don’t add much cheese. I find that the service in terms of engagement is by far among the best attributes of this location. They consistently show a great attitude. The price point for value is more than a bit off, as the basic nature of the food can be easily replicated at home for 1⁄3 the price. The restrooms were very clean and well maintained /stocked. The inside itself was equally well kept. When things are not note worthy not much can be send.

Only go here if you want to wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes without being helped and 10 min at the window waiting to be helped. The lady working was wearing a head set and kept walking past the window, I know she heard because I honked a few times. They see you, they just don’t feel like doing their job and taking your order. Maybe that explains why there was only one car in their parking lot. Potbelly is much better and worth the drive

I’ve been to this location a few times and had a sandwich or pizza. Today I got a garden salad and kid’s pizza. I was enjoying my salad with mixed greens and spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers and black olives until I came across what seemed to be dried mud… after futher inspection I came across a big teaspoon size of WETMUD! Needless to say my barely eaten salad went in the trash. I’m not sure if it was the restaurant or the vendor but I can definitely say this was the 1st time that was ever happened.

I’ve been to this location twice. I can’t say anything too bad. My food is always hot and fresh. The dining area and restrooms are clean as well. There is one television in the dining that’s usually on a sports channel. The only complaint I had is my cinnabon was barely warm and placed in the bag sideways which caused icing to drip to the bottom of the bag. No good!

Never really saw what ppl liked about this place. It’s way over priced and it’s not that good. I can make better sandwiches at my house for much cheaper. To top it off they not even hot I mean come on man I pay 9 bucks for a cold sandwich that’s just plain crazy. Tom Thumb has way better for much cheaper. This place gets two thumbs down I wouldn’t eat from here even if it was free.

I come here a couple times a month for a quick sandwich on a lunch break. Store cleanliness is a 3/5, employee attitude is a 4/5, taste of the food is a 4/5, healthiness of the food is like a 2⁄5. They manage to have greasy bread. Wednesday is pizza Wednesday, so if you want a cheap individual pizza, come on a Wednesday. Minus the 4 or 5 salads they offer, there really isn’t a healthy option. Even salads need to be tweaked to be healthy. Lots of dressing and/or bacon seems to come standard. I give this place 4 stars based on the fact that this place serves a purpose, and consistently serves it well.

This location is always very quiet and I have always had good service. I called in to order a pizza once and the girl misunderstood and had put it in for an individual pizza instead of the large. When I got there and realized this they started the large pizza and offered a drink while I waited, they also let me take home the extra individual one they had made. Mistakes happen in food service and they were able to fix it promptly.

I used to like Schlotzkyes… in fact we visited them a lot when I lived in Denver. But this one… dunno… Our office decided on sandwiches that didnt come from Subway. So we looked up the online menue and wrote down what we wanted, from the ONLINE menue for THAT location. I drove there, its not like around the corner. I go in, i order. I was told they dont have that. Ok weird, since its on the onlne menue for this location. I proceed ordering the tuna one(the one we always had in denver.) again: we dont have that. I ask how can it be on the online menue? shoulder shrugging… there was no: maybe I can try, or would you like another one? Nothing, he just ignored me and helped another customer. No suggestions nothing… WTF. We ended up at Subway again.

Best Schlotzky’s in Dallas. Great service at the drive-through. I will never forget the hot Texas summers driving my Jeep to this location for my lunch hour and ordering the original(add avocado) or a pizza. Excellent location, fast service. I’m in Chicago now and I miss Scholtzky’s terribly!
