During our windshield replacement they broke a piece of trim. It took them over a week to fix the trim and the trim work was done poorly. It was raining this week so we could not take the car out of the garage without water coming in through the area that was broken.
The woman answering the phone, Chrissy, was very rude, sarcastic and lazy. She told us tough luck about the car that the piece had been fixed. We asked about a refund/​payment for us being without a car for so long and she never responded until multiple phone calls later. She told me she found it acceptable that we couldn’t drive the car for 8 days because of the damage.
