I believe the restaurant has moved or closed! They no longer answer the phone or it has been disconnected!

Holy Stamos on an escalator at Pentagon City mall! I just picked up some saltenas from here and they were great! I compare all saltenas to Tutu Bene cause they’re the best(of course they are, Italians are known for their Bolivian food) and Reyna’s did not disappoint. They were a little smaller than Tutu Bene’s but they packed some serious flavor. The green sauce they serve it with has an awesome and unexpected kick to it, the second time I went in the kid behind the counter only gave me one container of it, I had to ask for about 12 more. I’m pretty sure this place took over Pines of Florence on Columbia Pike, which is a good thing as I will frequent this place for their saltenas. Hell I might even try something else on their menu one of these days.

I found this restaurant through Unilocal and enjoyed the great taste and quality of their food. I had Saltenas which have a rich texture and flavor, Silpancho which is like breaded beef but really thin and crispy. Customer service was excellent all 5 times I went back and I really recommend it if you are hungry for a different South American taste!

LOTS of beef. Most of the menu is beef and chicken dishes. Sides are a combination of potatoes and rice. Well seasoned hearty tomato based sauces with a spicy picante served on the side. That picante is going to be my new form of foodie crack!!! There was only two dishes that had other proteins: one had fish and the other was pork. Cooking style seems to focus on low and slow cooking. I had a beef tongue dish that was AMAZING!!! It was so tender I could cut it with a fork! Don’t be scared by what I had. I go for the most outrageous stuff right off the bat! They have a type of empenada that looks amazing! Also they had so many types of roasted chicken and beef dishes that you can find something that is right up your alley! I need to go sample something else to give it FIVE stars, but I am providing a SOLID four stars!!!
