I’ve been here twice, and so far it’s a great auto shop! Excellent customer service, they have all the services you need in one place, and they always seem to be honest and upfront.
This shop came recommended from someone who said they’ve been coming here for decades. And when I was sitting in the waiting room, I watched several people come in and out and heard really excellent things from all of them!

These guys provided a fair quote and worked well with my insurance agent, but I was most impressed with their outstanding customer service.
My car was finished the night before Thanksgiving but I barely made it to the shop before close. In fact, I was so late that the car rental company said they wouldn’t wait to receive my rental car. That was going to mean I’d have to pay a lot out of pocket. I was upset, but Andy at Precision fixed things for me when he called another rental location and persuaded the attendant to wait while one of the mechanics followed me there to drop off the car and then drove me back to the shop. Talk about customer service that goes above and beyond! I’d highly recommend Precision to anyone because they are good folks running a business with integrity and courtesy.
