i was once a big fan of the phở at phở palace right across the street but for some reason, recently it tastes different. if you enjoy eating a hot bowl of flour noodes with meatball and thinly sliced beef as tthe next guy, you should know that the broth constitues between good and great. pho21 is good. the seating is awkward with the 4 legged tables-its just hard to slide in and out when you have a party of four. i like that you have all the condiments that i enjoy: pickled jalapenos, hot oil, and rooster sauce. i hate going to another table at phở palace to snag a jar of pickled jalapenos… the only other complaint i have is the last 3 times ive been there my water was unrefilled. other then that… i will be back!

I was going to review Phở 21, but couldn’t find the listing on Unilocal. Was going to add it, but then I noticed this place has exactly the same address and phone number as Phở 21, so apparently the name has been changed. In any case, it’s amazing how exactly the same phở tastes here as in Southern California. Service was good AND the iced tea was FREE! Can’t beat that with a stick! I had my usual vermicelli with pork and egg roll. My bf had his usual phở ga, which is their version of chicken noodle soup. A lot of the mall in which this place was seems to cater to the Asian community with a food market and maybe a few more Asian restaurants.
