Since opening her shop in Crystal City in 1989, La-Or has created new eyebrows, eyeliner and lip-liner for women of all ages. She was one of the pioneers of permanent makeup in the United States and strives to make it affordable for all women.

Business Owner
La-Or is the leading permanent make-up artist
in the Washington, DC area., and serves a national and international clientele. She holds a degree in Cosmetology and is licensed in Virginia as a Permanent Makeup Artist and as an Esthetician.
La-Or received her professional training in Los Angeles, California and Japan and has performed thousands of make-up procedures since 1992. She also attends continuing education and training seminars on permanent cosmetic tattooing.
In addition to applying permanent make-up on clients for the first time, La-Or specializes in correcting applications performed by other make-up artists. Because La-Or is committed to enhancing a woman’s natural beauty, her prices are very affordable by today’s standards.
