Established in 1986.

This office is the Arlington branch of the group orthodontic practice, Birth and Stewart Orthodontics. Other offices are located throughout the Fort Worth area.

Business Owner

After completing my training, I served as chief of orthodontics at the Royal Air Force in Upper Heyford, England, for four years. I then became a member of the craniofacial reconstructive team and taught in the maxillofacial training program during my assignment at California’s David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base. Then, during the Persian Gulf War, I served as chief of orthodontics at the Torrejon Air Force Base in Madrid, Spain. My final military assignment was at Davis-​Montham Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona, where I served as chief of orthodontics before retiring from the U.S. Air Force.
