This location is always packed, hard to get around people with strollers blocking the very hard to get around rack as it is already and putting the clearance rack in the damn check out line during and after Christmas is the stupidest thing that I’ve ever seen in my life. I complained to the manager and he basically told me to deal with it and«that’s where corporate told him to put it», so with that being said I called corporate and they said that no we don’t tell the managers to place the clearance racks so close to the check out line or in this case basically in the damn check out line. Needless to say if I absolutely happen to be in Arlington and have to go to this location for an item I might but the Burleson location is 100 times better than this location.

Store was filthy, and the lines were ridiculously long. Waited in line for almost an hour just to find out the clothing I had picked out wasn’t on sale– even though they were next to a sign that said it was. Maybe if the store were more orderly in general, things like this wouldn’t happen and they would be more efficient. The cashiers were rude, and it was overall a terrible experience shopping here.

I was at the register wanting to use my $ 20 coupon. I was short a few dollars brcause a shirt was on sale more than was marketed down(score!) so I sent my husband to go buy himself some socks. I asked the woman ringing me up 3x where the men’s socks are before she asked someone for help. She said she didn’t know where they are. Rude and unhelpful.

Constant sales. And Old Navy is upping its style game, going with«classics» like the Gap used to. So those are the positives. But this place is always crazy crowded with insane lines. If I were manger I would consider telling my DM that he can get over my margin because I’m putting someone on every register — there are seven registers, and as I stand here waiting, there are only three people working them. Don’t be wal-mart.

Customer service is always top notch when I come in to this location. I was annoyed when I saw a line for the dressing rooms, but then my daughter spotted a single area with a curtain & a sign that said QUICKCHANGE. So she went in there & tried her clothes on while I stood in the very long line to check out. That made leaving quickly easier. The check out line was long, but with 4 cashiers working pretty fast to get people in & out I was surprised the line moved as quick as it did. They have shopping carts so I was able to lock down my 2 year old! So happy about that. Even though I hate shopping on Saturday due to crowds & lines my experience was pleasant.

This is a decent Old Navy. Nice selection for men, women, and kids. Of course, you might find stuff misplaced, i.e., things on the clearance rack that are not on clearance, things under a $ 12 sign that aren’t in fact $ 12, etc. When I visited, I found the staff very helpful, but the wait in line was about 15 minutes, so be prepared to wait. It’s a chain that falls in line with it’s fellow chain counterparts. So, if you like Old Navy, go for it.

I’ve always come here, and though the lines are extremely long, the sales are really good. The point of my review is to say KUDOS to Old Navy, they have changing tables in BOTH the men and women restrooms! Yes!!! This is a realistic necessity, changing tables need to be in all bathrooms!

Old Navy used to be located closer to the mall but a few years ago it relocated to the Highlands. As a result they lost quite a bit of floor space and their merchandise is now limited, if you ask me. This store is typical of many Old Navy stores… it’s messy, clothes are strewn everywhere, employees are hard to find, and the checkout line is always long regardless of which day of the week you visit. But if you’re willing to look past the mess you will probably find some good deals, especially at the messy clearance rack.

Under horrible management with irresponsible staff. Clothes are all over the floor which add on to the existing mess. Service is slow with lines that never end. Deals are decent though.
