I dont know how to feel about the company. Ive had many speaker systems installed but this was the first one within 7 months my door speakers go out and all the rest of the speakers stopped working due to the door speakers… Took it back to him and was told for 150 pair of speakers he would replace them for 75.00…Asked himbwhat the 75 covered and he said replacement and installation… Asked him what if i took them out n just had him replace them… He says now… The cost incurs the 75.00 shipping and replacement charge yet i could replace them with tbe warranty for free…

I purchased a pair of HIDs from New Image Auto Sports. I have a dodge challenger and knowing that with my car HID lights would be pricey I found it fortunate that New Image would do mine for around $ 250 which is a decent price. Worst money I have ever spent. About 2 weeks after, one of my lights went out. I brought my car back and he said I was missing a relay to make the lights work better and he stated the original set of lights he used had 50⁄50 chance of working. I asked him the first time I went to initially get them put in that I wouldn’t need to buy anything else. On my second trip to get them fixed he tried to charge me for the part he should have used in the first place. Since then they worked for about a week. But now my lights are still giving me a problem which is dangerous because I work at night. I went back today and they said they don’t do refunds but they would remove the HIDs, and replace with my factory lights, and that he didn’t have time to fix the lights even though there was no one in the store at the time so I basically wasted 250 on lights that the employee knew were wrong. I advise if you need HID lights do not deal with this store they use poor quality lights and are not willing to help you.
