Natural Nails and Spa

I cant say enough good things about the ladies at natural nail spa. I have been seeing Helen for almost 15 years now. They are hands down the best in the area. Helen is also the kindest most detail oriented nail tech I have encountered. All the girls are wonderful though and i highly recommend the girls here.

This place gives a great manicure and pedicure — my gel polish always lasts three weeks.

Took lots of time and care to complete a classic mani !! Prices were nice and they gave me a nice shoulder rub at the end.

I’ve been in three times for a full set, manicure, and pedicure since Natural Nails opened. I have absolutely no complaints. Only praise. The nail artist I had was super friendly and did a great job on my nails. I chipped my nail a couple days after my full set and it was fixed for free, no questions asked. I was also served a bottle of water and I was given a massage while my nails dried! My pedicure was so relaxing. The water was perfect (she also asked me if it needed to be adjusted) and the hot stone massage was delightful. The whole establishment, from the tools to the bathroom, is spotless and bright. It isn’t crowded and tastelessly decorated like most nail places. They remembered me both times I came in and complimented my hair and asked about me. I will come here again and again and I recommend it to everyone who appreciates being treated like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz for very reasonable prices. :)

I’ve never reviewed a business before but after leaving Natural Nails tonight I feel obliged to let everyone know how amazing this place is. Nancy did my nails and she did an excellent job! All of the ladies here are SO nice and super friendly. They each take the time to welcome you and talk to you. Everything here is super sterile and clean. The spot is very relaxing and welcoming. My nails looks great and I cannot wait to go back. Hands down the best nail/​spa around.

I also have never written a review but I feel the need to today! Today was my first time at Natural Nails & Spa on Mass Ave across from Arlington High School. What a fantastic location with parking in the back. The new spot is impeccably clean and bright with 8 pedicure chairs and a whole bunch of manicure tables. The owner, Helen was extremely welcoming. Cindy gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She worked meticulously. It was so relaxing. She massaged my legs and feet for a long time. My toes look awesome. When your nails are drying, you get a fabulous neck and upper back massage. Amazing! I will absolutely be back! I have a feeling this will be my new nail spot! I’ve tried many nail salons in the area and this one is by far the best. So glad to have found this gem!

Went to have a mani/​pedi done today at this new shop. The pedi chairs are wonderful. This was only my 2^nd pedi ever, and it was wonderful. Had a hot stone leg massage which was so relaxing. My nails look great! The shop is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
Can’t wait to go back!!!

Came here today for the first time and this will definitely be my nail salon from now on. I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to take me right away for an mani/​pedi. Jenny, who did my nails, was not only fun to chat with but she did a GREAT job as well, and you can’t beat the prices!

I and my friend (Lily) came to this New place, we had the pedi/​Pink and white. We end up loving this place, very relaxing with my services. It was very helpful, ladies were very friendly also speaks English very well. I really like this place honestly I had no issues at all, very clean. Recommend Try this out!!!

I have never written a review before and probably won’t again unless I feel this passionate towards something again :) This place is getting a review however, because they most definitely deserve. I’m not too sure how the people who have left reviews feel about this place, but every time I’ve gone (three times– I go in every two weeks), I’ve been taken care of. I do NOT go to nail salons because I’ve always done them myself, but on a whim I came in when they first opened and Ive been hooked and look forward to every other Saturdays.
Right when you come in, they offer you a water bottle and make sure you’re comfortable. Also, the first time I went in, they had to deal with my none existent nails. I decided I would get a full set gel manicure. Nancy did my nails the first time and they were absolutely beautiful and looked so natural. They stayed that way for the next two weeks until I went again for maintenance. Every time I have gone in, they make my once-​very-​ugly-​non-​existent nails look out of this world. They also treat my like family and I’ve gotten to know each and one of them within the three times I’ve been there.
They have their original store– T-​L Nails & Spa (on 448 Mass Ave) apparently, but I’m so happy and glad that they opened their second store closer to where I work. Helen is the owner and she is so sweet! Nancy was the first person I ever met there and she was so good and made me feel very comfortable especially for my first time ever being in a nail salon. Then there’s Jenny and Jenny is the best. She takes her time despite the fact that I always come in very late in the evening and takes time to explain the techniques she uses and how they might differ from others. She is also very funny. She’s been helping me maintain my nails so that they’re kept clean and filled.
I don’t think I can rave enough about this place and I can’t speak for others, but these ladies are the sweetest and really know how to take care of people. Hope this helps! :)

Probably one of the most awkward experiences at a nail salon. REALLY don’t recommend this place at all. I was super excited to try this out, since it was brand new in the town, and I’ve read great reviews about it… but, oh man… SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I had made a reservation before heading in. I had the deluxe pedi and a mani. First, people definitely do NOT speak English. Now, that’s totally fine; but at least GREET, «hello?» ??? The lady that did my pedicure was definitely not trained. She was so rough with my cuticles. And while doing the hot stone massage, she kept rubbing it on my front leg BONES! Ouch. I also asked her to massage a bit harder, because all she was doing was lathering on lotion, which is weird. She did not understand what I was saying or when I asked her to cut my nails shorter. Another technician (in sweatpants) did my nails. Boy, was she rude as well. And literally, all she did was: cut (NO FILE); paint. No massage for the hands. What waste of money. And here is the awkward part: the two got in a fight! WHO DOES THAT??? In front of customers?! They were in harsh tone in Vietnamese, but you can OBVIOUSLY tell they were absurdly angry at each other. The lady doing my feet had the most disgruntled look and was even rougher treating my feet. The other one in sweatpants angrily walked over to one of the nail chairs and turned on her ipad to watch some videos or whatever. A third lady who was done treating another customer stepped in and gave them a lecture before she took off for the night. AWKWARD. Honestly, the entire experience was so truly unprofessional. Go do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE THAT YOUR MONEY DESERVES TO BE SPENT!!!

Great New Place, across from Arlington High School. Very clean and bright. Brand new chairs. Had my first pedicure after a long cold winter of neglected feet! My 13 year old also had a nice pedi too! The have cute little kids size chairs for younger kids. While there seems to be a plethora of nail salons popping up along Mass ave. I really liked the newness and cleanliness of this place.
