I hate these apartments been the worst experience since I moved in. The apartment I was assigned is very old and out dated. The wall has water damage. The appliances very old and barely works. I reported my toilet having problems for a month straight maintenance supposedly came and fixed it twice but problem continued, the toilet didn’t get fixed until I got someone to do it. I can’t wait until my lease is up in November because I will be moving out ASAP. I have never lived in an apartment complex where staff doesn’t take work orders as a priority. This is the worst and my problems started 3 days before I moved in… I hate this place will never recommend to anyone I wouldn’t want them to live in hell!!!

Im a current resident of Monterra Pointe Apartments in Arlington, Texas. Absolutely love the apartments. Love the layout and setting of my apartment. very spacious for the price. Management is professional, timely with all dealings with the tenants and apartments. Safe community and environment. Maintenance (Nick) is superb at getting all maintenance issues resolved whether its him or his team. I would highly recommend these apartmens to anyone new to the area or looking for a decent price in living. I just wish these were townhomes. Come on check this place out. I did and I’m going on 2 years.
