Sam was very friendly and professional, got a very good price on a very clean car, Sam was very honest about the vehicle being in a recent accident, but the repairs were done properly and the car drove great, the best experience I have had buying a car, I will be back to buy my next car from Sam, i highly recommend starting ur car search here and it will probably end there, it was the first car I looked at that day, also enjoyed the hot tea Sam gave me while we finished up, I’ll tell friends and family to come here

I dread the ordeal of buying a vehicle. I do not like the sales pressure and dealing with the games. I recently bought a vehicle from Mondial and had a good experience without all the hassle so I am giving it 5 stars. I found some autos listed under autotrader and the Mondial website that I was interested in and wanted to see. the place isn’t real large but has several autos so is pretty tightly packed. I asked to see a couple of the autos I picked out and Andre showed them to me. to my surprise Andre didn’t put on the usual games and let me look at my own pace. found a couple in the range of what I was looking for and left to think it over. again I wasn’t pressured or given the hard pitch. decided to buy one and went back. Andre was with another customer so I dealt with Sam for the purchase; I take it he is the owner and a very nice man. felt I was dealt with honestly and he was accommodative for a couple of requests I had. the auto was inspected on site and I received the plates, registration sticker, etc. in the mail in a timely fashion. one of the easier buying experiences I have had buying a vehicle. I would go back.

Fantastic customer service. All of the workers we spoke to during our visit were very friendly and had a good sense of humor. We happened to be driving down the road browsing used cars after one down the street didn’t work out for our needs and decided to stop by on a whim. We found a car that looked in very good shape (especially for a 7 or so year old car) matching what we were looking for and asked about it. The price we were told was surprisingly low; lower than the very similar car we had been in the area for. We spoke to Sam about it, test drove it, and by the end of the visit we had negotiated the price down slightly for an even better deal. He even threw in a tank of gas, since the car was nearly running on fumes. Anyone in the area that is looking for a good deal on a car should check this place out.

Reasonable prices, great friendly customer service, and quality cars. I had the pleasure of purchasing a used car from Sam, and the price of the car was already so low, that’s what drew me in initially, the value for the kinda car I was getting. Sam also went down on the price a bit for me which was nice. I was already getting a deal anyways. Would recommend him to anyone else. Thanks.
