Fix the drive thru speaker. The 3 – 4 people you have standing in the cold and rain do not pay any attention, and it slows down the line. I saw a dude spit as he was walking up to my car to take my order. I know this happens inside. but at least I don’t have to see it!!! Please, fix your speaker. It is so annoying wth the sticky notes and employees weaving in and out of the cars slowing things down. Serve burgers and fries all day. So annoying I can’t get a burger at 10am, but you serve rubber eggs at night.

All of the staff here have been super cheerful whenever I go. I ate in once and drove thru twice.(New-ish to the area) I have only been in the morning so maybe the other people leaving reviews have had bad experiences with the B-team later in the day. When I ate in, they brought my food to the table I was at and came and re-filled my coffee!

A McDonald’s is a McDonald’s. However, with a lack of cheap options in the area and the convenience of being open 24 hours… things could be worse

I ordered 2 plain McChicken sandwiches and a coke. I had to wait for the night manager to finish talking to an employee while she had my order in her hands. After I received my order I bit into one of the fillets it was«HOT» like buffalo or Red pepper. I told the same night manager who than picked my sandwich apart in front of me and belittled me in front of another customer. She than went back to serving customers without washing her hands.(Cross contamination), I can only imagine what else she does without washing her hands. I will never frequent this McD’s again!

It’s Mickey D’s, ’nuff said. But unlike most other places in Crystal City, a cheapskate like me can get a couple McDoubles and not break the bank which is nice, so I’ll usually play frogger across Jeff Davis highway once a week there. Unsurprisingly they get really busy at lunch. They really need a better way of filtering people though. It’s a common occurrence to walk in and not be able to tell who’s waiting in line and who’s waiting for their order. Some of that is on the customers who should know better and get out of the way after they order, but a lot of that is also on McDonald’s. Invest in some stanchions, or something.

Seriously awesome breakfast drive thru! I work down the street and some mornings I just need a breakfast sandwich. They have it down to a science. In 90 seconds this morning, I was in and out with a perfectly made sandwich and coffee. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Every time it’s exactly the same.

Been coming here for over a year on my coffee run to work and the crew is awesome! Fast and courteous. If I see a long line at he drive through I usually go through knowing that they’ll be quick. Mirna is the best!

It’s a McDonalds and while the food is exactly as expected the store seems to have a very difficult time running efficiently in the late hours. For some reason their credit card machine is always down and they have to write and calculate things manually which is very time consuming. I’m not sure if it has always been this way, but for the last several weeks it has been. Also, always use the drive thru during late hours, the service is tremendously slower inside. You’ll stand there waiting nearly 10 – 20 min on your food while cars are being zipped through the drive thru. It’s very frustrating. The staff is nice, but if this location could work on its evening efficiency I would easily rate them a 5. As it is I have the tendency to go elsewhere due to this current issue.

I’m lovin’… –the location –the free nuggets when the nats score 6 — the fact that they don’t judge me when if I go multiple days in a row –the overall good service at the location –the deals you can get through the McDonald’s app I’m not lovin’… –the drive-through line during peak hours of the day –the sense of shame I feel after realizing I just ate McDonald’s for dinner

One of the better McDonalds in the area… always pretty busy, parking is an absolute bear. I think they have a lot of Über drivers just taking up a spot, they should do a better job of making sure that its legitimate customers taking up a parking spot in an already small lot!!! Service us usually very friendly, especially if you are lucky enough to be in either Michael’s or Carolina’s line… They keep the place pretty clean and organized which is great. If I’m going to have McDonalds, this is the one I’m going to patronize. Coffee is good!

This place is complete sh*t they stopped serving breakfast 8minutes before they were suppose to and the front girl had ZERO idea on how to work the system. Listen I get it. McDonald’s must have a complete ordering system but come on train your employees to work your system. The front girl was just annoying and made it known to us that she did not want to help us. Much love to the manager though because she was super helpful and really made it work. McDonald’s train your employees. But the store is really nice though :)

This McDonald’s is crazy busy! We stopped by during(late) lunchtime on a weekday and it took three laps of the building to find parking. It is crazy! The interior is updated, nice, and clean! Staff is friendly and nice. Otherwise, a typical Mickie D’s.

They do not listen to orders or give you the right food. I ordered an egg mcmuffin meal and was charged for a recieved only an egg mcmuffin. Another time, I ordered a cheeseburger and small fries, was charged for it, but received chicken nuggets and a large fires.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Needed to grab a quick bite. The food was hot and fresh. The service was horrible. The excuses that the don’t pay well or it’s only McDonald’s do not matter. The young lady wave us down upon arrival and never greeted us. When repeating our order I wanted to make sure the burger had no onions, she cut me off with a snide remark. Quite rude. As expected, no thank you and not a word after the money was handed to her. This girl needs someone to teach her how to attract customers.

The food at all McDonalds is pretty much the same anyplace in the world. Either you like it or you don’t. At this store, the staff is courteous and faster than average. Plus, it’s open 24 hours a day. One of the few places you can get food very late at night in Crystal a City, the other being Kabob Palace.

Stopped by there today and order the same and only thing I ever order from Mcdonalds: Coffee I asked for 2 large coffees with 4 creams and 4 splendas in each one. What do I get? 2 Large black coffeess and a bag with 4 creams and 3 splendas. Who the heck would get coffee with the splenda or cream ONTHESIDE??? It is such a simple order and you can’t even get it right. If you work at Mcdonalds and can’t do the simplest job right, there is actually no where to go down form there.

It’s a McDonald’s so you get what you expect here. Although I almost always regret it after, I have eaten here both out of laziness and necessity(it’s 24 hours and I have worked night shifts). They have always gotten my orders right, but at the end of the day it’s still greasy fast food and it usually wreaks havoc on my stomach and my valuation of my self worth. It has also been a convenient place to drive through for a coffee on my way to work. So basically they earn 3 stars for not messing up and delivering on low expectations – cheap fast food. I don’t usually bother to write reviews of fast food places but I got tired of reading the passive-aggressively bigoted comments and the lack of logical thought by other reviewers. As I said earlier, it’s 24 hours, which can be convenient, but it does get packed at night because it’s in an area where most everything quick and cheap closes on the early side. Most of the staff does seem to speak English as a second language but it has never been an issue for me. Note to all: If you continually«have to go here» because it is convenient but still want to complain instead of packing a lunch, or you drop your profession in a Unilocal review that reveals that you are kind of a bigot, or you generally expect miracles out of minimum wage fast food workers, the problem is probably not with the restaurant.

Okay. Useful tip for this MCD’s that has not been stated from previous viewers is «understanding the flow of traffic». During the peak hours this location can get CRAZY to drive through or find parking on-site. So here’s a brief word of advice if you are parking at MCD’s: 1) If you’re headed north towards 23rd street, after eating your quarter pounder or whatever, then park on the north side of MCD’s exit Eads St and turn RIGHT. 2) If you’re headed south towards Alexandria, then park on the south side of MCD’s exit onto Route 1(Jefferson Davis Hwy for newbies to the area) and turn RIGHT. Trust me, you’ll find it much easier to get in /out of the golden arches while minimizing the chance of a fender bender. Heck.if this sounds too complicated then just walk to /from McD’s to burn off the 1300 calories consumed from a #1 medium size meal!
