Maserati of Arlington

When I first came in I was welcomed by the charming receptionist, and Andrew my sales adviser was friendly and courteous. I told him what I was looking for and he helped guide me and showed me everything they had to offer. After going through what options I wanted I sat down with the finance manager Brandon and he was able to secure my financing easily and I walked out happy. The process was smooth, quick, and everybody was very friendly and professional.

It has been 2 weeks since I posted my last review and the one thing that has happened is that we did receive the check we were waiting for… We have received one email regarding finalizing the registration for the car. We have NO idea what is going on or when we may actually be able to transfer our tags and fully own th car. The second round of temp tags are set to expire AGAIN in 2 weeks. This is INSANE!!! It would be really nice if someone, anyone would keep in touch with us… I can only hope & pray that this HELL that we have been dealing with for almost 2 months will end sometime…

Purchased S550 from maserati of Arlington (dumb move I have ever made in my life). My girlfriend cautioned me about buying such an expensive vehicle from this dealership. I Assumed a dealership that bears the name Maserati will hold to that standard but I was very wrong and I have learned my lesson the hard way. Not to talk about severe delay on my vehicle registration, mess-​up on finance which caused an extra day and a re-​do of all documents, bent and cracked rims, just to name a few. Stay away from this dealership by all means it has cost me almost extra 3k after purchasing from them and they will not return my phone calls. They have no integrity.

Just bought new car from Maserati of Arlington and the sales guys were awesome, they took care of my wife and I. They worked with us to get a better finance rate than my bank was offering for the loan. I took a test drive with the salesman Jayden, «I think that was his name» and I was sold. Jayden was extremely professional and willing to work with us and answer every question we had. I strongly recommend Maserati of Arlington and especially Jayden!!!

I’m very disapointed their services, after purchased the car. I called many times and my dealer, finance officer, two general manager etc… they didn’t answer. when I purchased a car, I trade in my used car. they said my used car will be paid off within 7−10days. now it passed over 1 month, it still left my used car finance and they didn’t paid yet. so I called many staff in dealership and they said it will be sent today, but no sent it. that why my used car finance charged late fee and damaged my credit. I called dealership staffs, no one answer and I sent a text message, no one call me back. I told a complain to general manager, he said finance office gonna send payoff check soon but late fee should you pay. so I upset my vioce tone, he also upset to me. I felt they not professional dearship, don’t buy a car in maserati of arlington. they are all not kind. you shoul be feel my same experiance. they still not find good solution yet.

After doing months of research, I decided on two cars, a Porsche 911 and a Maserati Grand tourismo. I have always wanted a Porsche and was very close to purchasing it, before a friend of mine asked me to check out Maserati. I decided to pay the Arlington dealership a visit to test drive a Maserati GT. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately. I went on a saturday, so they were very busy, but they made sure that I was greeted and let me know that someone was going to help me shortly.
A few minutes later, I was greeted by Courtney. We test drove a Maserati GT and I fell in love with it. She was very knowledge, polite, and knew what she was talking about. The best part is that she was not pushy, like your typical sales person.
After the test drive, I was greeted by their General Sales Manager, Hermann. He was very helpful, answered all my questions. They gave me a very fair price for the car and the process was painless. I bought the car the same day. Thank you to Courtney and Hermann for their outstanding service!

Buying a car is always something that one has to research and look for the best deal, but as important is to find the best people to buy a car from. Courtney, Tate and Hermann the general manager know what customer service is and loyalty. I have good conversations with them, test various vehicles and financial statements were predates to me with clarity, full disclosure and no pressure. I call this not a sales transaction, but a sales relationship.
I believe I got a great vehicle, good financing options and support and excellent attention. I look forward to get back and do business with them again soon.

Needless to say, buying a car from anyone is rarely an outright pleasure. However, my recent experience at Maserati of Arlington was a car-​buying dream come true. Really. Hermann and Carlo were professional, knowledgeable, and amazing. I got an incredible deal on a fabulous car. I went to several other dealers before going to Maserati. At one dealership it felt like I was being held hostage. At another, they simply weren’t open to charging me a reasonable money factor on a lease, even with perfect credit. I highly recommend you go to Maserati and meet with Hermann (a former Marine) and Carlo and experience the best for yourself. They have an amazing selection of Maserati’s as well as a large selection of high-​end previously owned luxury cars. Whatever you buy there, you’ll be treated with nothing but respect and professionalism, and drive away impressed and happy.
While I do miss M. Slavin & Son, this Maserati dealership is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. It will be even better when they build the new car showroom and service center.

I just took delivery of a pre-​owned BMW X5 from Courtney. She is great to deal with and I love the SUV so far. Everybody at the dealership was friendly, helpful and relaxed. They have a great selection of new Maserati’s and pre-​owned high end luxury vehicles.
