Dr. Falzon is knowledgeable and caring and one of the best doctor’s I have ever had. And with diabetes, thyroid cancer, etc. I have been cared for by a lot of doctors. I had a high risk pregnancy and fully believe that I would not have my daughter today if not for the excellent care of Dr. Falzon. Her staff is always friendly and helpful, particularly Mary. You do tend to have to wait a while in the waiting room — there are two reasons for that: 1. She is sometimes over at the hospital with a patient or delivery. Her staff will let you know if this is the case and reschedule if needed. 2. She takes time with each patient to make sure that she answers your questions and addresses all your needs. So I plan for it and bring a book or magazine.

Worst obgyn ever. She consistently is over an hour late to her appointments, her methods are outdated according to other medical professionals and she has a terrible working relationship with her staff and the nurses where she delivers. If your looking for birth control, word of warning you will find more options else where, as her religious preferences restricts what she will do for you as a patient.

A very thorough doctor, I was impressed by her knowledge and bedside manner. That said… I was not impressed by the 1.5 hour wait but I was forwarned and brought a book. I would definately go back to this caring doctor who took her time and asked a lot of questions.

Nice to see that I’m not the only one who thinks Dr. Falzon shouldn’t be a doctor. First off, when you go be prepared to wait a long time. My first visit there was for my annual and I had to wait two hours… She also likes to see her patients every six months. Yes ladies, every six months you have to go see your gyno. Last I heard it was 1 year, and now actually my pharmacy said I didn’t have to get a pap smear for two years. But Dr. Flazon will lecture you about how birth control raises your cancer rates and how she needs to do a breast exam at least once a year if not every six months. My mother died of a very very rare cancer that was more like Leukemia than anything else and she seemed to enjoy having me re tell the story of my mothers illness and death every time I came there. She couldn’t have written it down?! Plus, considering my mother’s cancer had NOTHING to do with any reproductive organs what so ever I have no idea why my gynecologist was so curious.
I had an issue with my breasts and I went to see her. She freaked out saying that I might have a noncancerous tumor and sent me to see a specialist and get an MRI scan. I went and got that done only for the specialist to tell me that I was doing my breast exam too hard, and that it was most likely a hormonal thing and would clear up, and not to worry about it unless it got worse. I told this to Dr. Falzon who freaked out and suddenly wanted me to do even more tests and see even more specialist, even going as far as to say that I might have something with my thyroid or that I might have a tumor on my pituitary gland in my brain and that they might have to do some scans for that!!! Naturally I was in tears and I went to my therapist who actually does have problems with her thyroid and she told me I’d be having way more issues than just a little discharge from my breasts if there was something horribly wrong.
Fast forward six months (I still haven’t gotten my results from my pap smear), the breast issue has cleared up just as the specialist said. However what I thought was a 1 year prescription turned out to be for only six months! I called her up to get another years prescription written only for her to bring up that the most she would do was six months because and that I needed to see her every year regardless of what the new guidelines say because (You guessed it!) I might get cancer!
I can’t speak for everything, but to me is sounds like if you go on birth control, then you are basically asking to get cancer… It also doesn’t make sense that if birth control caused that much cancer in women, then why would the rules be changed so that we only have to see our gyno every TWO years… I think this lady is past her prime. If you like having to wait forever in the waiting room, see her every six months, and hear horrible tales of cancer every time you don’t want to see her for more than a year go to Falzon… I don’t even think she should be called a doctor.

I first started seeing Dr. Falzon about 7 years ago. I trust her 100%. Yes, you might have to wait longer to see her, but it’s worth it. I feel very safe and at ease knowing she is my doctor. If she sees something wrong, she has someone double check the issue. I highly recommend her, and hope you won’t make a decision on your health by how long you have to wait in the waiting room.

I saw the Dr. at the Brighton office. The Dr. is Nice and seems to know what she is talking about but I wont be going back to her. The first time I went in she was running behind because one of her patients went into labor. This is understandable, however, it would have been professional if the receptionist would have informed me and the other people waiting. I waited for 1hr and then overheard the receptionist talking about it. When I asked the receptionist about it she said I would have to wait another 1 — 1 ½ hours. I found this to be very unprofessional.
I gave it another shot. My appointment went well. I had problems with the birth control she gave me and I called the office and left a message with the answering service, which they either got or don’t check. When I call for the 3^rd time they didn’t even pull up my chart, they kept asking me the same questions over and over. When I requested that the person pull my chart she didn’t say anything and just put me on hold (I though she hung up). Another person came on the phone and was snappy about everything.
Overall this office is very unprofessional.

Worst OB/​GYN experience I have ever had. After waiting 2 hours (even after calling prior to my appointment to make sure she could still get me in) I had a 15 minute check up that consisted mostly of me signing about a half dozen release forms before she would even begin the exam. For that 15 minute exam she charged my insurance company for two appointments and incorrectly billed the lab. Will not be returning to this office.

I am really sorry to read these negative reviews… Dr. Falzon may have saved my life and I have complete trust in her! Thank you Dr. Falzon. I want to help you green your office:)

I went to this «doctor» because I suspected a cervical lump and really really clearly had a yeast infection. She took my medical history down on a random piece of paper, ran every test she could think of, took almost 2 weeks to get back the yeast infection results, and then forgot to call in my prescription. I called her back when the pharmacy still hadn’t gotten it (8 hours after they said they’d call it in) and she asked «what was the medication again». I am going to get a complete checkup from someone else because I don’t trust a single thing she said or did.

Ew, I hate Spelp. In case my previous reviews weren’t really clear, this is the worst doctor, with the worst office and worst staff, I’ve ever been to. It’s a den of horrible. Take it from a real person, not an Orangehead.

If I had more time and was more motivated, I could probably file a lawsuit against Dr. Falzon. She is by FAR the worst doctor I have ever been to. Here is a laundry list of the terrible experiences I had with her over about a year and a half before I finally had the sense to get the hell out of there!
1. She gave me the HPV vaccine the standard three times. Each subsequent time I went to her office she would ask me if I was interested in getting the vaccine-​even though my medical records were right in front of her. This woman does not have time for you!
2. She has WAY to many patients and is totally unprepared for appointments. I routinely had to wait an average of at least 45 min before being seen. It was impossible to get her on the phone.
3.I had all the symptoms of a UTI and went to her office for a urine test in hope of getting antibiotics. After a few days of severe pain, she called me and told me I didn’t have one. I suffered a few more days until I started to get a fever. I went to a walk-​in clinic at the hospital down the street and they said I had blood in my urine and a MILD KIDNEY INFECTION and I was lucky I caught it when I did or else I would have had to be HOSPITALIZED. That should have been the last time I saw her.
4. I went for one last pap smear last fall. She called me several days later and told me I had HERPES. That I was having an outbreak and prescribed me valtrex. I had NO symptoms, she did NO blood test. By this point I was skeptical of anything she told me. I went to Planned Parenthood, got my blood tested. No herpes. And the nurse said there is no way Dr. Falzon could have tested for herpes without a blood test unless I was having an outbreak. I called Dr. Falzon to give her a piece of my mind. Instead of suggesting she do a blood test herself to confirm, she insisted I have herpes. This was last September. I have been tested four times since then-​paranoia, a side effect of being a patient here-​and NO HERPES.
THIS WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING MEDICINE!

This is by far the worst doctor’s office i have ever been to. First of all, the waiting room smelled like pee, maybe it was because they make everyone pee in a cup immediately when you get there and leave it on the counter. It was dark dingy and smelly and hot.
Second — i waited AN HOUR AND A HALF to be called… what the hell is point of making an appointment? No only that, but after the lady finally calls me in, she freakin leaves me in the gyno room wearing the stupid hospital gown thing for 20 minutes.
I recently called to try and get a prescription i really needed and they got back to me 5 hours later, only after i bothered them four times. apparently Dr. Falzon was «very busy»
I would understand if she was amazing or something but my nurse practioner at my college’s health services was way better. so basically, never going back and would NEVER recommend this place.
